    This company took my money, sent only 1 of 2 boxes of flooring. The box that did come arrived damaged with chipping evident on the ends of the planks. Company refuses to rectify the situation. They are thieves. I want my money back and they can pay for the return of their single box of busted flooring.

    I placed an order with RubberFlooringInc.com on November 25, 2023, which included two Home Wrestling Mats scheduled to ship between December 25, 2023, and February 5, 2024. As of today, June 3, 2025, I have not received the wrestling mats, which is more than a year past the expected delivery date.I run a busy business and have attempted to contact RubberFlooringInc.com multiple times by phone to resolve this issue, but I have never received a response or any update regarding the shipment or refund.Due to my demanding schedule, I only recently remembered to follow up on this long-standing problem. The lack of communication and failure to deliver the product have caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.I am seeking a full refund for the undelivered wrestling mats, including any applicable interest or compensation for the delay.$426.64 Tax @ 7.75% = $35.85 Shipping $293.75 Total =$753.45

    We have spoken to this customer and advised and sincerely apologized he did not receive his order. He will be refunded for the mats tax and shipping included which  $426.64 Tax: $40.34 Shipping: $93.75 Total Refund: $560.73. He is not due a full refund for shipping because most of that came from the rubber rolls which he received. We have requested an address to send the check to and we are waiting for a response.

    Transaction date March 28, 2025 The customer service department at ******************** is by far the worst that I have ever experienced by any other company, ever. It took over 6 weeks and more than 8 calls to even get them to respond in any way. Once they did ,their representative repeatedly never read or at least, never took the time to understand my concerns and my many comments. I was a previous customer who had placed a large order two years ago for Nitro Flexible Tiles that were fading and separating having been properly installed on a flat, smooth concrete base in a climate controlled 3 bay garage in *******. Because of this, at my expense, I had to remove and replace 63 tiles (@ 4% of my floor). Because of the marked delay in hearing back from FlooringInc, I ordered and paid @ $600 for the replacements. All that I was asking for was a monetary adjustment of some kind. Bottom line is that this company is totally unconcerned and non responsive to customers and that at least their Nitro Flex Tiles are terrible-they fade and continue to separate even in an enclosed environment with very limited traffic.     After reviewing the order and internal records, we understand the frustration around both the product performance and the delay in response. We acknowledge and regret the delay in communication, and we apologize that our service did not reflect the high standards we strive to uphold.
    Regarding the product concern: our team conducted a detailed review and consulted with our higher department (HD) on this matter. It was determined that we would not be able to issue reimbursement for the replacement tiles, as the cause of the wear and separation appears to be related to sun and weather exposure factors acknowledged during communication with our representative. As our team noted, issuing reimbursement or replacing the tiles at this stage would not address the root issue and would serve only as a temporary solution.
    We also want to clarify that this information was communicated to you on April 17, and again on May 26 by another representative, in an effort to remain transparent and consistent in our handling of the situation.
    We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we genuinely regret the inconvenience youve experienced. Your feedback has been shared with both our customer service and product development teams to help guide improvements moving forward.

    Very unfortunately, the response from  Flooring ******* once again shows a total disregard of the information and photo support that they requested and received. To once again reiterate, this floor is not exposed to sunlight or weather; it is in a climate controlled 3 bay garage with only a couple of very small garage door windows. The grey tiles have not faded, only the red ones and some grey tiles that have separated are randomly located. The replacement tiles that I had to purchase are to replace faded red tiles and broken grey tiles. This was conveyed over and over again in writing and by phone but NO ONE listened or cared. The total amount of the purchase just for these replacements was @ $650- my time attempting to get responses and some consideration, is unfortunately considerable. This should never have happened and for such a small amount of money, should never had escalated to this level. This most certainly supports the very large number of complaints and reviews that ************* has earned.

    I purchased carpet from Flooring **** after speaking with a representative on the phone who explicitly assured me that the product would be delivered on March 19, 2025. Based on this confirmation, I scheduled related installations and made plans around that date.However, the carpet did not arrive as promised. I spent an entire day on hold, repeatedly being disconnected before I could reach a representative. When I finally got through, I was told the delivery would happen Friday, March 21. I waited again on hold that day for hours, only to be told the new delivery date would be March 24.That date also passed without delivery and I later found out it was because Flooring **** failed to pay the trucking company, which is completely unacceptable.The customer service experience has been horrible it is nearly impossible to reach anyone, and Ive been given misleading or outright false information at every turn. I now feel like Ive been scammed, as Ive paid for a product I have yet to receive, with no reliable communication or resolution from the company.

    I ordered 380 titles and 20 edges from Flooring, **** They charged my account 5 days ago and only shipped the edging. They have not shipped the tiles. They won't answer the phone. They won't answer my emails. They won't return my calls.

    I have made a purchase from Flooring **** on 02/27/********* we are, on 03/13. No update, a fake tracking number, and $3,000.00 down the drain.I have called numerous times, have not been able to speak to someone.The only time I was able to speak to someone, was when I called a few days prior and asked why my order has not been shipped out yet. I was met with "our manufacturer is out of this specific color, but we will try our best to get you this specific color". Later that evening, they magically found 500+ garage floor tiles, in that color, and claimed they were shipping it out.The next morning, my order is considered "complete" on their end, however the tracking number that I was provided, is fake and is not a ***** Tracking Number. I have contacted *****, they have told me they do not have an order for this delivery address, or from this carrier or manufacturer.I am 24 hours away from not only calling the police as this is considered theft, but also filing a civil suit for much, much more money than I have spent. We are not able to open our business due to this horrible company.Given their reviews, I am not sure how they are still legally allowed to operate and collect money.

This explains the complainant's inability to track the shipment through ****** Delivery Confirmation: Our records confirm delivery of the order on March 14, 2025, by R&L Carriers.

    Flooring **** acknowledges the customers difficulty reaching us by phone. We possess records of multiple attempts to contact the customer via chat, email and phone to update the customer on the shipment.
    Inventory Discrepancy: We acknowledge the error in the initial inventory report and the subsequent correction.

    Flooring **** is able to provide the BBB with supporting documentation, including:
    Proof of shipment via R&L Carriers.
    Delivery confirmation from R&L Carriers.

    Purchased flooring via website on Jan 13 2025. Credit card was charged $1,566.16 ($1,077.98 for flooring, $411.49 shipping, $76.69 tax). Still says it "processing". No further information from FlooringInc. Tried calling customer service My wife has spent hours on the phone with FlooringInc customer service loop saying they wait time is 8 minutes then dropping the call. The ability to have you call back and text back is not working either. This is starting to feel like a fraudulent transaction. I need to know when this item will be shipping and what is the reason for the continued delay. I want communication back from FlooringInc immediately. I also want some sort of apology for really poor customer service and business processes.

    I ordered flooring from this company on 1-5-25. They claimed they shipped it on 1-4-25 according to the tracking number but it has not actually shipped. I have called, texted and used their chat feature to contact the company. No one has gotten back to me at all. Either ship the flooring or refund me.

    On Placed on Dec 3, 2024, 7:09:43 PM, I placed an order for: 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls, Qty: 2, Custom Length:19 Colors:Confetti - Quick Ship Select An Option:4' Wide, $256.88 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber, Rolls Qty: 1 Custom Length:16 Colors:Confetti - Quick Ship Select An Option:4' Wide, $108.16 My shipment arrived significantly late and contained only the 19 ft rolls. The 16 ft roll was not delivered. I contacted customer service to no resolution. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone or get a clear answer. I have been trying to get an answer now for multiple weeks. At this point, I am planning to pursue legal action as this is significantly disrupted our construction process.
