    I enquired about a new Tacoma online and was given a specific price. Asking if I could hold the vehicle for the next day, because I couldn't get there the previous ***, ******** Chizza told me he would have to check with his **. Come to find out, the **'s were all in a meeting at the time and he just lied. When he called back after we discussed the price(which I agreed to), I let them pull credit. Once I was approved, ******** told me the price was $4900 higher. There was a lift added to the price they didn't tell me about before applying for credit. I called ***** ****** the Sales ** to tell him of our disgust and he proceeded to hang up on me. This was clearly a bait and switch. I am so upset with the way this was handled. I then called the ** *** ****** who then told me on top of the $4900 there was an additional $1995 that needed to be added onto the sales price.Buyer beware of these crooks. This is not the way business is done

    Hello,I am filing a complaint regarding a recent service performed on 11/20/2024 at Berge Toyota in ****, **. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and was assigned ***** ******** as my service advisor, with **** ****** as the technician. During the service, I received a video from the technician detailing additional recommendations for my vehicle. However, it was evident in the video that the technician had disassembled components unrelated to the oil change, including parts near the engine.The technician pointed out a broken air intake resonator, claiming it needed replacement because it was worn out and could lead to stalling or unsafe driving conditions. I want to emphasize that before bringing my car to the dealership, this part was not broken, and my vehicle was functioning perfectly. The breakage occurred during the service, yet I was charged an additional $200+ to replace the part.When I spoke to the ****** he dismissed my concerns, stating that parts naturally wear out. However, I firmly believe the damage occurred while my vehicle was in the dealerships care. It is unacceptable for customers to bear the financial burden of a technicians mistakes.Additionally, when I arrived to pick up my car, my advisor ***** was unavailable. Another advisor, who was unfamiliar with the situation, handed me my car. Upon returning home, I discovered a rattling noise coming from the vehicle that was not present before the service. I immediately sent a video of the noise to *****. ***** has now asked me to bring my vehicle back in, but I am not comfortable doing so because I no longer trust this dealership with my car.This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I request that this matter be investigated, that Berge Toyota be contacted regarding their handling of my vehicle, and that I receive a partial refund for the unnecessary charges.Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

    Problem not resolved so I was forced to trade the vehicle off. At at loss to me and my hard work when I disclosed everything in honestly and they called me a liar....I do not know everything about a vehicle, I disclosed the info I could and they disregarded my values and sent me on my way with only to offer me nothing but hardship...At this point the Corolla and TRD is nothing more than the attribute turd!!! Am I ****** yes I have a right to be...I fought for quality and a feasible cost to which they told me the customer lies and service lies, customer states this, customer states that, was a blatant disregard for honesty tested beyond honesty I traded off the s*** for more s*** but don't question my integrity you caused with your superior ego...good bye as a customer ....

    I was charged $2, 642. For a vehicle service agreement. At the time I purchase I was never told that I was purchasing this agreement.

    I went to this dealership for **************** on my 2020 Tacoma while it was still under warranty regarding a vibration that was coming from the rear of the cabin. They did not fix initially. I took it in a second time and they found out that one of the clips holding the roof up was broken and fixed it. However, the truck still had a vibration noise when driving from the same area. I took it back and they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it. I am at a loss as to how a company is okay letting a customer drive a $40,000 plus vehicle around wit a vibration because they couldn't be trouble to look at it and fix it. Not only that, but they kept my truck for almost 2 days just to tell me they wouldn't fix it. It seems like adding a little but of sound dampening above the ceiling panel could have easily solved this.

    New vehicle purchase has manufacturing defects. Berge Toyota refuses to fix issue by lying and casting blame on customer. General manager *********************** refuses to communicate with customers with customers service issues.

    **************** added an aftermarket grille to his Tacoma and is upset that Toyota will not repair the uneven gap between the body and the grille, under warranty.  He removed the body piece to install the grille and it now leaves an uneven gap as seen in the pictures.  This gap is allowing dirt to get into the engine area.  He is also unhappy that the body behind the grille is not painted.  This is how all Toyota Tacoma trucks are painted from the factory, and the factory will not pay to have the body behind the grille painted.  Berge Toyota has not caused any damage, or installed any damaged items to ****************, vehicle, and are not liable to repair damage done by someone else.  Dealer is also not responsible for the warranty decisions made by the Manufacturer.

    I purchased a vehicle on 5/21/2003when I left I felt like I truly wasnt happy with the vehicle but I decided to keep it I was. Ever issued a temporary tag but there was a paper with **** Toyota on the license plate well then in beginning of august I got a email asking me to get the vehicle emission or take it in to be emission I went and took it to get emission not thinking anything about it . Then i received the plate finnaly on Aug ******* that is4 months without a tag and I found out that they where not supposed to have sold the vehicle unless it is emission FTC rule I wanted to trade my vehicle but was told it was upsized down on it , ok said I belive you where not even suppose to sale the vehicle to me in the first place cause it was not emission and I truly feel that they did not even do a. Vehicle inspection on it so now I am truly concern for my and my family safety when it comes to it .I know if they fifth is to me it probably been done to someone else I just hope no one gets hurt cause they didnt follow protocol on safety issues I called them a few times and was told someone would call me back and never did and now when I call they just say everyone is busy go figure,

    This location is racist. I'm an African American female and Toyota scheduled an A/C appointment for me at this location for 08/06/22. When I arrived at my appointment a blonde guy named *** flat out said we are not going to accept your appointment because we want to make sure we are going to " Get Paid". I was offended and asked to speak to the service manager she smoothed things out. I scheduled the same service at a different Toyota and everything was fixed but the location was 20 miles away. After the 2nd location fixed my A/C because Berge refused to they accidentally broke my car seat. I asked Berge to look at it and they did schedule but I had to speak to the service manager again ****** because ***** said " she doesn't know if they will get paid". I decided to go back to the place that fixed my car originally. I received a call from *************************** on 08/15/22 who is the site CRM. She antagonized me and flat out said " Do you want an appointment of NOT, I'm not going to stay on the phone with a person I do NOT know. " I told her I already have an appointment with you guys scheduled for 08/20/22. She didn't ask the time of my appointment or verify anything. It was ****** who scheduled my 08/20/22 appointment. I told ***** that this location has a racist tone and her response was " you sound like an angry Black Woman. "

    **************** did come to our ****************** on 8/6/2022 for an intermitten A/C issue.  Upon reviewing previous history in Toyota data base, it was clear that she had been to another dealer for the same issue and they could not duplicate.  When checking in her vehicle for the appointment, the Service Advisor, Ty,  told **************** that there could be a diagnostic fee to cover the mechanics time, if no problem could be found.  She refused to agree to that and left.  **************** called Toyota to complain and Toyota referred her back to Berge. Our CRM, *********************************, called **************** to resolve her issue.  Initially, the intent was to get her vehicle in to help her.  During the call, ****************, continued to call employees racist over the phone and revealed her A/C had been repaired already.  Since the A/C had been repaired elsewhere, ***** tried to find out what else we could do, and ****************, continued to call the store employees racist.  **************** began talking over *****,  yelling profanity, and calling ***** vulgar names.  ***** told her she seems like a very angry person and ended the call.  ************** and Owner of the store, respectfully request that **************** take her future business elsewhere.  Thank you, ***********************.
