From first contact with Loan ******** ************************ everything went as promised for a "no closing costs to borrower" refinancing. As soon as I submitted requested documents, the rate was fixed and I am happy with the rate. He had me work mainly with -Ally *******, Aaron's assistant, and *********************************-processor. They both kept us posted and advised, as we submitted necessary documentation to support the loan, and everything happened easily and in a timely manner. ************************** of First American Title. was also most helpful with title search and **************.The notary who came to our house to get closing document signatures was very efficient and knowledgeable and made the process pleasant.Our entire experience with the refinancing was pleasant and professional. I refinanced with Blue Brick Financial on my primary residence during the pandemic. They helped me get a great rate on my loan with no closing costs. Refinanced in Oct 2021 with Blue Brick Financial. Got a 10-year fixed rate at *****% to replace the 15-year fixed rate of *****% that we obrtained from the same company 5 years ago. Both times, the process was smooth. Clear communication. No surprises. Quick. **** ******** and ******* were easy to talk to. Very responsive. Would use this "home of the no-cost loan" anytime again. Highly recommend.

Blue Brick delivered as advertised, no fees, speedy close, and I would use them again without hesitation except my loan rate is now so low I doubt I will ever need to.
