If I could give a hundred stars, I would! My yard is a literal oasis created by ****** and the entire team at Falcon Landscapes. It all started with ****** answering the phone the first time I called. His eye for design is that of an artist. Beautiful travertine patio, which transcended my blank yard into a space like no other, as well as pool coping and decking have transformed my outdoor space into something out of a magazine. The material chosen by ****** is exquisite. Falcon also installed pavers and turf that draws everything together smoothly and beautifully. ****** was at my job every single day supporting his crew like nothing I have ever seen. Not only are the quality of materials of the highest grade, but the quality of the customer service goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with a contractor, or any business for that matter! There was not a phone call ****** did not answer, nor a question he did not take time to fully explain. I have never experienced better customer service in my 6 decades of life. These words are not enough to express the highest quality of workmanship, customer service, and what a pleasure it was to have ****** and Falcon complete my job. Please do yourself a favor and stop looking. My wife and I started a large paver project with a different landscape company and quickly realized that we had NOT chosen wisely. Pavers may be created equally from the manufacturer but the planning and prep work of the installation company is not. Luckily we stopped the first company before we experienced a disaster install of an amazing product. We called all over the valley in an attempt to find someone who would professionally install over ***** square feet of pavers. Most contractors wouldn't return our calls. Some gave quick estimates over the phone without looking at the site, and others we could tell were just in over their heads.Then we met ******, the owner of Falcon Landscapes and Pavers. He answered all of our questions regarding the installation process in great detail. He graded the yard perfectly and installed a beautiful driveway for which he just won a second place (second to only a large commercial hotel project) award in the state of Arizona from ****. **** is the the **************************************. For the average homeowner, an **** certification means that the hidden critical prep work that keeps your project looking great ***** years down the road is completed at or above industry standards. ******** pricing was right in line with other qualified installers, but his communication, responsiveness, and wonderful employees were second to none, and I've had dozens of relationships with all types of contractors over the years. If we had another paver, turf or block wall project (yes, he did those for us as well), I wouldn't hesitate for a single second to call him again. Honestly, the best experience I've had on a big project, EVER.
