      A few weeks ago I called Red Rock insurance , A very helpful and professional lady took my call this was about a price change that it was coming for home insurance policy and I needed to know the price to adjust my budget she promised a call back the next day from a person that was handling my account they never called me back so I found another insurance , now my request is that you refund any payments made to you you can either send them back to me or my lender. You will have my policy information with my home address : ************************************************************. I don't think you need to call me if you do I doubt you'll call but here is the number anyway **********

      To Whom It May ***************** spoke with **** the same day I received the email about the complaint on 8/24.  I'm not sure why he filed a complaint instead of just calling our office.

      We did provide him with alternative quotes but he never requested to cancel his policy until after submitting the complaint.

      When we spoke on 8/24 he let us know that he set up another insurance policy with another carrier/agency, and we helped him cancel his policy with us and he's being refunded the premium owed back to him.

      In my opinion this complaint was unjustified, he could have easily obtained what he needed by just giving us a call.  When we spoke he said he just filed the complaint in the evening as he didn't have time during the day to call us,

      cancellation was effective on August 9th Red Rock committed to refund from the August 16 instead of 9th I made a mistake when I signed the agreement but quickly sent an email to the person in charge , still waiting for answer

      ****************** told me over the phone on 8/25 to cancel the policy effective 8/16 and signed the cancellation request for that date that we emailed him.

      We received no request to cancel for 8/9 instead.  We resent another cancellation form to him to sign electronically to cancel the policy effective 8/9 yesterday and are still waiting for him to sign it, but if he does we can surely make sure his policy is cancelled for that date,

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
