      I paid $149 to this business for an *** (Emotional Support Animal) Letter. Based on their website, there are a few ways to qualify for a refund. I was informed that since I was found not to meet the requirements to obtain an *** Letter that I would qualify for a refund. This was communicated to me on Thursday, January 12, 2023. I was also told on the same day that my refund was processed and that I would receive a confirmation email within 1-2 hours. It is now January 18, 2023 and I have yet to receive a confirmation email or a refund of this charge. I have called and emailed and all I am told is that the refund was processed and the confirmation was sent to my email. The last time I called was on yesterday, January 17th. I have checked all junk and spam folders and do not see an email from them. I have also checked my bank account and have not seen a refund for the amount of the original charge ($149). When I asked for an expected date to receive my refund, I received no response.

      I paid around 150 dollars for an *** letter and a signed document for my housing. They never gave me what I bought. They gave me a letter which is useless, and have not sent me back my signed form which is the whole reason I paid money. I have gotten on the phone with them, emailed them multiple times, and even been on live chat where they told me to send the document to their email and theyd have it back to me within 24 hours. This has happened three separate times and they never have sent me back the product that I paid for. This business is a scam and shouldnt be able to run. They do not give customers what they pay for, they simply steal their money and ghost them. Attached are the screenshots showing my emails to them, which they requested, with the document attached. They never responded.

      I purchased an animal support letter from them last July 7th, 2020 to let my Co-Op know that I would be getting a small dog for my special needs son. The company specifies on their website and also personally confirmed to me that when I got the dog they also provide follow-up service in the form of a phone call or filling out of any needed form for my Co-Op building. I finally got the dog 2 months ago April 2021 and spoke with my coop and they said on top of the letter from the company their Dr. needed to fill out and sign a form in order for my building to accept it. I started emailing, chatting and speaking with the company about needing this follow-up service since the beginning of June 2021 and have been promised more than a dozen times that it was coming to me in the next "24 hours" They even had me pay an extra ***** for it... but it never came and without the additional service of filling out the form, their letter is useless and I have to find different alternative.
