We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Mariano & Co. Each person we worked with was professional and personable. *******, as our designer, walked us through all of our options and provided much needed guidance along the way. She was patient and helpful when it came to choosing the multitude of options. **** was super organized with the schedule and always kept us up to date by letting us know each day who was coming and what was being done. I would like to thank each and every person who worked on our project -- ***, *****, *****, ******, ******, *******, and ****. You all made this such an easy experience and we would do it again. We love our bathrooms -- they turned out beautiful! We would have no hesitation recommending Mariano & Co.

Mariano & Co gave us exceptional service with the remodel of our master bathroom and guest bathroom. Special thanks to ******************* and ******************************* for their outstanding recommendations and follow up with every detail. **** also took special care to bring in two air scrubbers to help keep clean air in our master bathroom and adjoining master bedroom which was important for my wifes health. We also appreciated the entire crew for their work ethic and friendly attitude throughout the project. They found a way to retain our our large wall mirror in our master bathroom without any damage. They made sure to clean up after finishing work every day. **** sent us notifications every work day for results of that days work and the work to be done the next day. Mariano & Co was great to work with! We just completed a full home remodel with two *** accessible bathrooms and a new kitchen. The team was awesome to work with and went above and beyond. From the design process to the final clean up Mariano communicated every step of the way. The crew was on time, respectful, friendly and cared about the work they were doing. We recently completed an entire home remodel with Mariano and ** that included redesigning and remodeling our kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms, tiling the entire house, and converting our existing patio into a sun room. From the contract signing, through the design phase, construction, and all the way to final completion, they did a fabulous job with great attention to detail. The quality of their work is worth every ***** and far exceeded our expectations. Our friends and family that have seen our newly redesigned house routinely comment on what a good job they did. Beyond doing quality work, Mariano and ** does an excellent job communicating with their clients along the way. The scope of work is extremely detailed and clear to read so that there is no confusion during the project. Additionally, they send nightly emails indicating the schedule for the next day. During the construction phase, every single worker came on time as described in the nightly email. **mpared to our experiences with other contractors, that degree of timeliness and consistency is unheard of. All of the workers were friendly and started feeling almost like family by the end of the project.Our project manager **** was consistently on site to ensure work was completed properly and address any questions or concerns we had. He is extremely responsive to calls and texts. In addition to being a great project manager, he was very easy to work with and all around one of the nicest people I know. Based on our experience with this remodel, I can confidently say they are the best contractor weve ever seen. When we move on to another project, we will without a doubt use them again. Theyve earned their contractor for life slogan.

When they say they want to be your **ntractor for Life , they are not kidding. Top notch service from beginning to end. We we were introduced to them after a disaster with our previous contractor and they picked up the ball and delivered for us. All their employees are first class, know what they are doing and strive to perform above and beyond. Highly recommend! Mariano and *** is the best contracting group we have worked with in the valley (after 2 bad experiences in the past). We started working with Mariano and Company (****** Mariano specifically) the Spring of 2022. Their design team was excellent and helped us choose the best products for our primary bathroom and laundry room remodel. A detailed timeline was set for the planned work and printed for us to monitor the progress of the remodel. Though some supply chain issues delayed the start of our project (no fault of Mariano group), we began work in the winter of 2022. Their team took care to keep our house clean and well-cared for while we ran our busy household alongside their remodeling efforts. The project ran smoothly and the Mariano team kept us well informed of who to expect each day and what work was planned for each week. Given the scope of our project (a rather large primary bathroom, laundry room) and a few other minor issues, our project was wrapped ** in the Spring of 2023. As with any larger remodel project, delays and unforeseen problems would arise that neither party was expecting to encounter. To ******* credit, he always demonstrated patience and a strong proclivity toward making sure we were satisfied with the teams work. When reflecting upon the experience we had with Mariano and Company, we would say their craftsmanship and customer care were second to none. We have worked with 2 other remodeling companies in the past, and Mariano was BY FAR the best team we have ever worked with. We would highly recommend them, and have already spread the word to our family and friends. Also, we wanted to say a special thank you to ********* and ***, two excellent team members of the Mariano group that were a real pleasure to see every day during our remodel.

As of today we are 99% completed with our kitchen remodel. After scrolling and reviewing many kitchen remodel companies, Mariano & Co was selected by us because we hoped to be well taken care of by them. That held true! They actually exceeded our expectations. The entire team was responsive to our needs, expectations and questions. They were responsible, thorough, diligent and attentive to detail. There are a few items that still need to be attended to, and Mariano & Co is in the process of completing them. We anticipate they will attend to these matters in the same manner they approached the entire project.

Today we completed a full kitchen remodel with Mariano & Co. and what an exceptional experience it was! Its not easy living in your home during a remodel but Team Mariano made what seemed impossible, possible! From their professionalism, industry knowledge, communication ********************* they more than exceeded our expectations! The time ****** took to explain the process, to our weekly project visits, & detailed daily expectations, I cant thank you enough! ******* is hands down the BEST kitchen designer! We had a challenging footprint to work with. ******* found a way to include each & every detail on my list and brought my dream kitchen to life! Her attention to detail, determination to find the exact item needed, to daily updates while I was out of the country - she is amazing & did it all! We hired the Mariano team to remodel a guest suite in our home. Thier design team did a good job helping us choose finishes and materials. The construction crew did a good job, and the Project Manager was on top of everything along the way and communicated very well. Overall, a very good experience for **, we would recommend then highly. This project went a lot smoother than a number of other projects we've done in the past with other contractors. We're very pleased with the results.
