Im filing a complaint against Dutch **** because I have been witness to employees being mistreated and their rights violated. The managers are either negligent or ignorant and uneducated about the law and constantly break it. For example, multiple employees have been made to work for over 7 hours with no breaks. Another one is they have people out taking orders in the freezing cold and in the ******* sun. I dont want them to go through another summer like this, please help. The people who work there are good people being taken advantage of by these managers. I repeat: the managers are the ones violating the labor laws.Initial Complaint

The whole month of december i was unable to log into my acct kept saying unable to find account it then would prompt to start a new acct and then after entering all the requested information it would get me out say Lost connection! try again I deleted app tried it over again same issue. on 1/3/24 then when I went to a location tried to use 2 gift cards one for $25 and the other for $10 I was not able too they told me that the cards were not registered. I had to pay out of pocket and the cashier said to submit a complaint and told me where to go I submited it on 1/4 and I never heard from anyone.
