On Friday 9/9/2022 I walked into the Marvel store on ************* and spoke to manager **** about purchasing ************************************** pavers. He took my order, printed it up and told me he couldn't take my payment at that moment due to they had already shut their machines down for the day and he would call me on Monday to take my payment. I never received the call. I called on Monday and was told **** was out of the office until Thursday but they were able to see my order in the system. On Wednesday I had my contractor go to the store to pick the order up and then he was told they don't have the product in stock. I literally have the printed order in my hands, confirmed the order with whomever answered the phone on Monday and now being told they're not even in stock. I am on a schedule, my contractor is on a schedule and my only option is to go with whatever they have in stock regardless of color or shape choice and I cannot spend a month with dirt as my backyard to wait for the product that I actually ordered with **** on 9/9 then wait until my contractor has time to come back and lay them. I have never seen such a poorly ran business in my life! Who does this to people?? I cannot believe this is how Marvel runs their business. Never in my life will I recommend this company to anyone. And ******* at this place on Bell St. could not be more a rude person that absolutely should NOT be customer facing on any level. **** tells me he can take a payment over the phone and this ******* contradicts that so when I say, **** was going to take my payment over the phone, *******'s response is, "well, he's a manager so..." - I am beside myself right now and honestly, would like 10% refund for all this trouble!Initial Complaint

I bough **** sqf of pavers on May 5th from Marvel and I was charge for the pallets $216 for a total of 9 pallet ($24 per pallet) I was told when I return the pallets I will get the money back. Today June 7th I returned the pallet and Marvel give back $180($20 per pallet) instead of $216 the excuse was a maintenance fee that I was never told about.
