      Ac was replaced 6/17/2021 An additional exterior duct was installed the exterior duct has flown off before and we had to hassle them to come and fix it The new duct vent has been leaking causing bubbling in the ceiling and Im concerned about long term problems I have called many times to get someone out Im promised calls and or a tech coming out and it never happens Everytime it rains I have to have a bin under that vent or the water will ruin my luxury vinyl flooring Its ridiculous that they wont just do their job correctly and I dont think its ethical to be responsible for the additional repair when they should have done it right from the get go or repaired their mistakes

      Horrible experience. An appointment was scheduled with Manny's air on Wednesday 7/27 due to a loud noise coming from our air conditioner. Unfortunately, our A/C ended up breaking, so we called Manny's air back and they said they would come if they had any cancellations. They came Friday, 7/29, and they were also late. We spoke with the assistant on the phone (Wednesday) and we let them know that it was the fan in the air conditioner that had broke off. When the employee got here today, he asked us what the problem was. We explained to him that it was the fan within the unit, and how the fan came apart. He did not open the A/C unit or take a deeper look at the A/C unit. He glanced at it and said "Oh yeah, it's the fan." They did not come with any parts to make the repair and they still charged us for a service call when no maintenance, repair, or even an observation was even performed. We had to stay at a hotel with our pets due to no air conditioning. They said they would not be able to get the part and come out here to fix it until Monday. We called another company and they came within a couple of hours with the new fan and repaired our A/C unit. We have been loyal customers for over 12 years but will not be anymore.

      We are so sorry to hear about the experience this customer had with us. Unfortunately when they placed the call they did not inform us that their ac was not functioning or had been disconnected by them. When we receive a call and it is mentioned that our clients are without ac, we take that as an emergency call. The dispatch not knowing that they were without AC tried to schedule something for Monday, thinking that it was just a fan blade noise, as stated by the client. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication, and we will be refunding the clients the service charge.

      I would like to submit a complaint regarding service/product issue, with regards to ** maintenance. After numerous times on service calls this year, the ** unit continues to have numerous issues causing the service technicians to continue to attempt to remedy the issue. However, each time they come it appears that the issue is only a temporary fix. I am requesting that the owner of said business step in to resolve this issue in a timely manner directly bypassing any procedures in place with having another service technician to attempt once again another service call and continue the same cycle that has been an ongoing issue.

      In according to our records, in regards to the complaint given by the client ***********************, the initial installation of said unit dates to October 2017.
      The first appointment that we have on record to indicate an issue is from early April 2021, where ****************** had called to report a "No Cool" situation, where an appointment followed. Reported by one of our technicians it was that indeed the unit was low on refrigerant; which then the unit was filled with the appropriate amount of needed refrigerant and left working on Normal Operation.
      Towards the end of June 2021, a second call was received from ****************** reporting of a "Water Leak" situation. Attention was given and found that indeed he needed a replacement of a Drain Pan, which was replaced. 
      At the beginning of August 2021, we received yet another call from ****************** that he was now reporting both a "Water Leak" and that his unit was not turning "Off." When our technician arrived it was found that there was no trace of a water leakage and the unit was off at that moment. The very last call has been once again with a "No Cool" situation where as well, we have found a part that needed to be replaced and completed in the middle of August 2021.

      We bought new air conditioner from Manny's air on June 3th 2020. They unit failed few weeks later, and they had to change the capacitor. We asked for a new unit, but they refused. The unit failed again on June 18th 2021, and they had to change the capacitor, and the condenser motor. We asked again for a new unit, but they refused again, and told us that we have to contact the manufacturer. We are not responsible for contacting the manufacturer since we did not choose that manufacturer. It was Mannys Air that offered us that brand and unit. After we were charged ***** dollars for a brand new AC, we refuse to continue having a defective unit in our home and have to deal with the stress and negative consequences associated to its malfunctionning. This situation has impacted negatively our work and our finances, for we've had to leave the house and pay for a hotel in order to stay safe during extremely high temperatures in Phoenix. The customer service provided has been rude and poor.

      Property damage by installers, they dropped a cordless drill from the attic damaging my washer and did not report it to supervisor. Crew did not clean after work was done, leaving trash and insulation all over laundry room and garage. I Contacted main office to complain the same day of installation, provided photo and video of the issue and it has been 7 days and I havent heard anything from the supervisor/seller that was in charge of my account to resolve the issue.Bad customer service, Poor trained installers on company policies.
