I have used Wright Inspections on three different occasions. The first time ***** saved me over $60,000 in repairs that I would have had to do. This was verified by getting quotes from several different contractors. The second time I used Wright inspections he found construction flaws I believe most inspectors would have missed. I used ***** a third time because I was so impressed with the reports the first two times. I would definitely use Wright inspections four or five more times. I would recommend Wright inspections to anyone. He does a very thorough job and reports a very impressive.Review from Marc W

Wright Inspections was the best! Easy to communicate with. We hired a local licensed contractor to build us a new home. I found Wright Inspections LLC when I was looking for home inspector who also tested for asbestos. We were very pleased with service ***** provided for the inspections as well as testing for asbestos, termites and mold. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with both home inspections. Great service and friendly. He walked threw all the pictures he took and took great notes and helped us with finding some issues that the seller was able to fix for **. Made it better to do the inspection to help us buy the home with all issues cleared. So thank you for your services they helped us out alot and was worth doing the inspection.Review from Michael C

***** arrived on time and did an extremely thorough inspection. Upon conclusion, he spent over an hour with me, showing me everything that he had found, to the smallest detail, highlighting strengths of the property as well as issues. I received a detailed report that same evening with everything spelled out in clear, plain language, with severity and recommended actions plainly stated. Pictures with arrows were provided to show exactly what was being described. I cannot recommend Wright Inspections highly enough. His excellent work gave us a complete picture of the home we were purchasing so we could make an educated decision.Review from Kristine W

We don't want to repeat the many comments already made about Mr. *********************** professionalism and honesty (that are all absolutely true in our experience; his work is outstanding). What stood out to us was the confidence that we felt in his review. This was critical for us as we could not be present during the inspection. He was our eyes (the photos were especially helpful). He then discussed what he discovered in the inspection over the phone, in an honest and straightforward manner. We now have a roadmap for future updates on the home we were in the process of buying (after action items were repaired by the sellers). He is a model for other inspectors in our opinion, and we feel lucky that he came recommended to us. We would hire him again without hesitation and would trust him to our friends.Review from Jan D

***** was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. He was thorough, thoughtful and honest about his evaluations, telling me what needed to be taken care of right now, what can wait a bit and what could be put off or never done. That part of his report was my favorite part. So were the pictures that showed me exactly what he was was referring to. I would absolutely hire him again and will refer him to friends.
