On 10/30/21, I ordered a pizza and wings from Rosatis to be delivered.I was charged ***** to my credit card.After I opened the box, the pizza was burnt and the wings were dried out. Rosatis was closed afterwards, so I could not contact the store.The next day, 10/31/21, I contacted the Rosatis and was promised a refund on my credit card. No refund was ever issued. In addition, their was an unauthorized charge of ***** on my credit card. I had to cancel that card and have a new one issued.On 11/7/21, I went to the same Rosatis and an employee recalled the situation and was promised a call back within 2 days. No one from Rosatis called me. I wrote a letter to Rosatis **************** in ***********, ********, to no avail.After this negative experience with Rosatis, I have to notify the BBB to inquire if there is a resolution to get my refund as previously promised.
