April 21, 2022, I feel we were taken advantage because our Refrigerator stop working, called for service and immediately after opening the back panel to the Refrigerator the repairman said it was the tube and it had to be taken to the shop to be fixed at a price of $750. No test equipment was used and never look else wear, just plain experience he said.It is now June 9th 2022, after several calls for the status "the tube was ordered and it was not available" was the only answer they gave, I went online to see if the part was available and dealer had them in stock.

Our refrigerator wasn't working and had to order a part that might take 3-5 business days to get. We decided to get a used refrigerator and use in our garage but at least have a working refrigerator while waiting for the part. We called ****** Appliance and was told they had used refrigerators and we asked when it could be delivered, she replied "the next day". It was in the afternoon and we went down to check out and picked out a refrigerator and also decided on a used washer and dryer. After purchasing, she said they could deliver on Friday (2 days away). Less than an hour before she said the next day. We explained we had no way to refrigerate our food. She said she would put on for Thurs afternoon. Of course at 4pm on Thurs after waiting all afternoon, she called to say that they wouldn't be able to deliver until Friday (shock shock). I asked to have an early delivery. she said she knew that we needed it. We waited until 10am, and called, she said it should be here before noon. It was delivered shortly after that, but the washer we had picked out, was NOT the washer we recieved! This washer was scratched up and had stains on it that was NOT on the one we agreed to buy. I called to complain and I was connected to person who sold it to us and she told me that this was the one I selected. I would not have selected this one as I already had a "scratched up" washer and wanted a better looking one that was a matched set. I feel that she put the "sold" sticker on another washer that wasn't as nice as the one I had selected. I feel that this was a "bait and switch" and she had lied to us twice! I would not recommend this company from our experience and if you do decide to buy, we recommend that you make sure she puts the sold sticker on in your presence. It's obvious from our experience, she doesn't care whether you have no way to refrigerate your things, it's the almighty dollar that she cares about!! The delivery person was awesome.
