I hired VIP so they can do a home inspection, However, there are many issues in our new home that I started to notice almost immediately. We signed and received the keys to our home on April 14, 2023, but we did not move into the house until April 22nd, 2023, since we wanted to paint and clean the house before we moved in. Unfortunately, with only 25 days of living in our new home, we discovered that there are several issues with the house, such as all three bathrooms leaking. On May 9, 2023, the bathroom from the master bedroom started leaking, and the leakage caused water damage to the walls, floor, and carpet going to the master bedroom. Within two days of this issue, we noticed that the other two bathrooms from the hallways were leaking as well. The basement leak was the only leakage that is noted in the inspection. However, the inspector stated in the report that there was no apparent damage, but it is damaged and is very noticeable. After reviewing the Inspection report, we have noticed that there are many inaccuracies, I was unaware of all this information prior to buying this home. Since I was a first homebuyer, I had no knowledge of the process, everything that it entails to buy a house, and the defects that I was supposed to look for when buying a house. For this reason, I made sure I was doing everything correctly and hire Veteran Inspection Professional (VIP) and trusted that they were going to do their job. I called the inspector that performed the house inspection and left a voicemail, but he has not responded yet, this is why I am reaching out to you. I have emailed VIP company and inform of the issues they did not respond, he Inspector called me I was at work and could not answer his phone call I texted him letting him know that I was going to return the call I did and he did not respond. In addition to this, my home insurance and warranty refuse to cover any or all of the damage. I would like for them to pay all necessary repairs .Business response
