      RUN!!! Tried to charge me $312 in HIDDEN **** and when I made the guy call his boss back because those charges were NOT discussed upon booking the boss on the phone told me HE CAN WAIVE THE **** IF I LEAVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW! & I was not allowed to pay the discounted amount until they saw my review posted. I called and booked for today 2/3 and they gave a window to arrive between 8-9am and I was told it would be $115 an hour and THAT INCLUDED EVERYTHING (I asked). At 8:45am my partner called to get an ETA and we were told 20 minutes, okay 5 minutes late no biggie. FOURTY minutes later still a no show and hadnt heard a single thing from them. I text the number asking for an ETA and I got a text back sure . My partner called 5 minutes later and by then they were outside. 35 minutes late. The guys were milking time. Asked to use our phone charger, theirs were dying bc they were on them VERY frequently while moving our furniture. One of them was also very very argumentative with the other 2. Mind you they were only there to move heavy furniture and some boxes so not all of our belongings and it still took 3.5 hours. When we arrived at our new home we let them know we didnt want them trying to re-assemble anything to try and milk more hours. We just wanted the truck unloaded Once they were done he had to call his boss for a verified total it had now been 5 hours since they arrived meaning our total should have been $575. Gets off the phone and tells me its going to be $887!!!!! This is when I had him call the boss back for me to talk to. I let him know this was not discussed and that is when he told me I had to leave the review. My partner had to leave before this all happened because we hadnt Planned on this taking so long and he needed to be at work. I felt vulnerable with these three men in my home expecting me to write this review and then pay the money so I did. AND THEN WAITED IN MY GARAGE UNTIL I CASHAPPED THEM GRATUITY.

      Demand a contract!! I booked two hours and three men. I asked about all charges and fees. Quoted 'early bird' 10% discount. Start time was between 8 and 9 am. They called and were 25 minutes away, but didn't show up until 45 minutes later. Then the truck didn't show up until 10:30 am. They provided an extra mover for free for the 'inconvenience.' Five guys showed up, but not all of them worked 100% of the time. One guy disappeared for at least an hour. ******' was on the phone for an hour to taking and making some calls. He also disappeared into a black car at least twice for a total of 60 minutes. I gave verbal directions to our new home. They did not listen-truck didn't show for an hour. They said that 'GPS wasn't accurate.' Why should I pay for their mistake and poor planning when I verbally offered driving directions? They said part of the delay was because they had to stop and get gas. I was told they charge $75 per hour, but when it came time to settle, the fee changed to $100 per hour, and the 10% early bird discount did not get applied. My washer, dryer and a two-piece sectional couch needed to be moved upstairs. They used nothing to cover the floors and the stairs to the second floor. There are scuffs on the walls and scratches on the brand new flooring. It was a hot summer day, and so I offered a clean dry towel, but the two guys sweat perspiration on the new microfiber upholstery. I got charged $250 more than what I expected to pay. This is not what I expect from a professional business and I hope this isn't their normal process. This is sub-standard practice and poor business ethics. I had nothing to protect me as a customer and consumer. Late, lazy, greedy, unprofessional and very questionable business ethics.

      Worst moving experience ever. Damaged all my most valuable items, they forced my couch inside an elevator when I specifically told them it wouldnt fit. I told them Id rather not have them carry my work chair in their moving truck as the color of It was light. They insisted theyd wrap it, when I finally unpacked everything it was filthy. Every other time, broken or chipped. Absolutely NO regard for your things you worked hard for. On top of that they were 2 hours late, never ever again. I wouldnt hire these guys if that meant they were the only company left.

      This company does not take ownership of damages they cause. No follow up, no return calls and does not answer their phone after you make a complaint. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are very unprofessional and very slow. (Milks the clock)
