Excellent **************** started with the first phone call to schedule an appointment. Continued on throughout the process of deciding to go with a new heat pump, waiting for installation, and follow-up from the company. They went above and beyond my expectations. They stand by their products. They have professional and friendly Installers and Technicians. I cannot say enough good things about Air Control Home Services. Very happy that I picked this company for a new heat pump to replace a very old A/C and furnace. Thrilled that they are licensed to do work in **. I live in ********. On February 22 I called the company to repair my heating and air unit they told me they would have to order the parts. I have called for two months and still no parts I had to install a different heating source during the cold months to stay warm. The parts were under warranty and they keep telling me they are on back, order and they haven't come in yet.

Our call logs also show that we have called you every Wednesday afternoon since the order was placed to update you on the status of your parts. Unfortunately, the availability of necessary parts is handled by the manufacturer and when the parts are backordered there isn't much we can do. It is very frustrating for us but I can imagine even more frustrating for you. I had two new mini split units installed on a duplex. First problem was the technicians crossed the power supply wiring so the wrong unit pays power for the wrong house. Next problem is the refrigerant leaked out of one of the units. They came back out and fixed it. Not long after, it leaked out again. The tech that came to fix it said the installers failed to properly prepare the ends on the coolant tubing. He fixed one side and I was suggested he check the other but he didn't feel it necessary, so guess what? It's out again. Probably going to have to call a different company.Air Control Home Services Response

After you explained your concerns and disappointment in the system, he took full responsibility and let you know that this experience was not up to our standards and that we wanted to make it right by you. He offered a five-year labor warranty on both of your systems, at no charge. He also offered to send our lead ductless technician out the following day, at no additional charge. Although, you requested we wait until next week for this appointment. He informed you that you will be receiving a call from our service department to schedule that appointment.
