I cant say enough good things about BWMA. As a small business owner I try to provide value, excellent customer service and a product that helps people. BWMA provides great service value and helps me save money. Most important to me, they are nice people who care about me. This is an amazingly direct and simple service. I had it for over 10 years and never had a problem. Several times had to contact them and always found a very responsible person with an understandable answer. Highly recommended!Biweekly Mortgage Association Response

I have been with this company for more than 10 years. They have always been professional and timely with payments to my mortgage company. They were extremely helpful during re-mortgaging and eventual paying off of my loan. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Review from Steve C

I have been with biweekly mortgage for the last 7 to 8 years and I have had a terrific experience it was something I did not have to worry about was making the payment they withdrew they took care of the payment for me . if by chance there was a glitch they always went good For everything I would personally like to thank ***** ***** and ******** and the whole staff . I have used this company for 5 plus years and never had any negative issues and last Thursday May 6, 2021 when I called because our mortgage company said they hadn't received payment Diane immediately began checking into things and together with Roger they got all the information needed over to the mortgage company super fast!! 21st mortgage checked into it and the issue was on their end, someone applied our payment to the wrong account, and the issue is being fixed. They were so attentive and fast! These days customer service seems to be a lost art but you all are definitely getting it right!
