            I want to give a 5 star rating to Oasis and especially to the two installers who out my heating/air unit two days ago. My former unit was close to ************************************************************* October. When I started it in mid- December, suddenly the heat would not turn itself off and kept running until I manually turned it off. Oasis sent out a trouble shooter who determined there was a broken part. Having just replaced my roof a couple months ago, I dreaded even the thought of having to get a new unit so I asked for a quote for the broken part, which I received in a couple of hours.The dilemma was do I pay almost $700 to replace a part or bite the bullet for an entire new unit. The information was laid out with no pressure. I chose a new unit.Workers ***** and Guy arrived on time and spent the day, diligently working, answering any questions and explaining what they were doing and why, and by 4:30p.m. has installed and cleaned, including sweeping the floor. I found them to be courteous, knowledgeable, wonderful representatives for this company! They will be my go-to company hot water heater etc, in the future. Exceptional company!!!
