  I hired a process server, ****************************, whose membership to the ***** ensures that he serves my interests.***** suggested that I seize the Defendants' domain as the easiest first step, and I agreed. ***** made no effort to act on that plan. At the same time, my collection case started going very wrong. The only explanation for these events was that ***** sold me out to the Defendant tipping him off about what I planned to enrich himself at my expense.He refused to quote me for the work to act according to plan, or ask me to pay him a bonus. However, he did so with the Defendant.He asked me to request that he act to seize the domain in an e-mail before he would quote me for the work in document preparation and out of the closing billing showed no effort made to do so, meaning he knew ahead of time that the Defendant would act to put a stop to it.

  The undersigned has not participated in any unjust enrichment or other scheme outlined by Complainant in his BBB complaint.  Nor has the undersigned accepted nor solicited anything from any other party in this matter except monies that were charged to and paid directly by Complainant according to invoice.  Accordingly, the undersigned denies all allegations in Complainants BBB complaint and all other communications accusing the undersigned of spurious conduct.
  Complainant hired the undersigned to correct deficiencies in Complainants previous filing of a California judgment in the ******* courts and to properly amend, prepare and file documents in the ******* Superior Court to enable enforcement of the domesticated judgment.  Unbeknownst to the undersigned, Complainant continued to attempt enforcement of the California judgment in the California courts, knowing that the California judgment debtors were located in ******* and an ******* domesticated judgment was in process. 
  The undersigned has consistently upheld and performed his duties to the highest degree of professional standards possible, avoiding the appearance of, and in fact, any factual or alleged impropriety, including, but not limited to the taking or acceptance of bonuses,contingencies, or improper communications with any third parties, including,but not limited to the judgment debtors and/or their representatives.  The allegations of the Complainant are unfounded, slanderous and professionally damaging.  The pattern of deception and harassment,whether a one-off or series of incidents is consistent with that described in ARS 12-1810(S)(2), wherein the undersigned has experienced a series of acts over time that would cause a reasonable person to be seriously alarmed or annoyed. 
  Accordingly, the undersigned will be filing the attached Petition for Injunction Against Workplace Harassment against Complainant per ******* law.
