Today, February 18, ****, I had a hot water heater installed. I received excellent service from ***** and Jakan today. They were very professional, courteous, and timely. Also, very patient and understanding in explaining everything. I am looking forward to them returning to do some other plumbing projects i have in the near future. Job very well done. I am very satisfied. I give a (6) six stars for service if you had six.

I cant say enough about the service of this company. **** and **** did quality work. I had been living with a problem with my kitchen sink for years. I had multiple plumbers come out and work on it which meant they cleaned out the trap and pipes. But **** really listened to the flow of the water. (Yes, water draining does have different sounds) He found the real problem and actually fixed the issue. The work ethic of this company is above what I ever expected. I will definitely call them in the future if I need plumbing help.

We hired Bumble Bee Plumbing initially to fix a leak in our 40 year old home. Their solution was to re-pipe the entire house through the walls rather than find and fix the leak. Not two months after the re-pipe, our entire house flood because of negligence on the job. We were out of town on vacation and had a relative check on our house. He found our house flooded with the entire ceiling missing from a hall bathroom, hallway, and bedroom in a ****sq ft house. This leak resulted from joints in the plumbing not being sufficiently tightened and the water pressure set too high.Our entire house: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining, and living rooms were submerged in over six inches of water. Emergency restoration crews were brought in to empty our house of all of our belongings without us being present. We stayed in contact with ********************* (Owner) until we arrived home a day later. He assured us he would be with us every step of the way. **** had technicians come and double check all joints in the plumbing work. Convenient because we had no ceilings in our house. Once the technicians retightened all joints, **** claimed they resolved the issue. We initially were hesitant to pay the loan on the repipe as we were unsure of what would happen next. **** stated that I got my money and went his own way. So much for being with us every step of the way.We write this review as a warning to others that **** from Bumble Bee was not compassionate in our time of devastation. Our home of 30+ years was gutted, family heirlooms destroyed, and we were displaced for 8 months while we had to tackle insurance and reconstruction on our own. As a result of the careless workmanship, our insurance has increased, we have spent much more than what the re-pipe cost, and endured months of stress and heartache. While we cannot submit a complaint, as Bumble Bee resolved the issue, we can make others aware of the indifferent business actions of Bumble Bee Plumbing.

I called Bumble Bee Plumbing this week for a kitchen drain issue. They promptly sent **** out. He did give us all quotes and options upfront. He was professional, friendly and was able to fix the problem same day. Since we have an older home it was not an easy job but he was able to fix it. I needed some exposed pipes insulated and I had 2 companies tell me to just leave my water dripping all night long if it's cold out. Not good advise during our drought! Bumble Bee got me a quote, and they got the job done right away. **** and ****** were very professional and explained everything to me with PICTURES as well! The after-pictures are amazing, I am going to have a worry-free winter this year! They also showed me how to read the new digital meters APS put in and how to check for leaks. So happy, would recommend them to everyone!
