    I believe Old Republic is involved with a fraudulent practice.I am under a home warranty with Old Republic. In the middle of July 2022, we had a complete air conditioning failure. The service provider assigned by Old Republic advised that they would not guarantee that they could get to our home before Monday or Tuesday of the following week and I put my warranty request in on a Thursday. Mind you, I live in Phoenix and the July temperature was over 100 degrees. So, in order to protect the health and safety of my wife and dog, we had no choice but to seek out a service provider who could actually come to our home on short notice and make the repair. I then tried to obtain reimbursement from Old Republic Home Protection and they said they were reimbursing me the price they would have paid the warranty service provider, which was 30% of the amount I paid. This was a $6,000 repair and I was reimbursed $2,000. The warranty service provider, ADG AIR INC. claims that their cash price to a independent customer is different than the price that they quote Old Republic. I have called ADG AIR about 5 times and left messages and they will not return my call. I simply want to see the disparity over why they claim they could do the work for Old Republic for $2,000 even though the actual cost to repair my system was $6,000. This is fraudulent and I want the $4,000 difference that I was not reimbursed. I will also report a fraud claim for ADG AIR Inc.

    Does not respond to to service requests. My home warranty company Old Republic assigned this provider to address my heating problem on 1-11-24. I called during business hours on 1-12-24 to schedule service, and left a voicemail. Still no contact from ADG. I called again on the 15th and was told they will call me the day before they want to do service. On 1-17-24, I got a text from them late in the day saying they had a cancellation and asking if 8A- Noon would work. I declined since no one would be home. I called again 1-19-24 and left a voicemail during business hours requesting to be placed on their schedule. AGAIN, no response. During the past eight days Ive been moving around my house with an electric blanket to keep warm. I reached out to Old Republic, and they assigned a different service provider.

    Yes In fact the work order was assigned to us 1-11-24 which was a Thursday Morning Our availability for Friday was booked and we were closed that Sat-Monday in observance of the holiday. You called on the 15th where I explained the holiday observance and scheduling process and you agreed to wait for an opening We contacted you on Wed January 17th at 4:50 pm with availabilty between ****pm you declined because you had class at 11:45. You were told that unfortunately that is the only appointment for sure I would have availability for and that if anyone cancelled for Friday you would be notified and unfortunately no one cancelled and we were left to wait for another opening mind you that was On January 17th and on January 19th we received a cancelation through Old Republic we feel its unfair that you say that we don't respond to service call when clearly we reached out with availability and you were not available you were advised that our schedule was limited and agreed to wait so yes we do respond to service calls as I stated unfortunately your availability did not work with ours and we apologize for that.
