********************************** Fortune 500 Consulting Fortune 500 Consulting Consumer Agreement Invoice number 0728022JM-1 My mother ********************************** signed a contract with Fortune 500 Consulting. Which also gave them ***** of ******** for this case. This should never have happened as I am my mothers ***** of ******** and she is elderly and is dealing with dementia. They took advantage of an elderly lady with dementia. They badgered her through calls and emails and we(the family) were not aware of this. When we found the paperwork I called Fortune 500 sometime in October of 2022 and submitted the ***** of ********. In November of 2022, they agree to refund the monies to my mothers account less $991.60 for a ****% service fee. That never happened (see attached documents refund and cancelation for ******************************* and the email thread)On December 30, 2022, I emailed Fortune 500 the following (see attached email thread): It has been longer than 15 days and we have not received the refund signed and agreed on November 22, 2022. Please give me a call or respond and let me know the status of the refund. On January 14 I emailed the following after still not receiving a reply: Greetings, We still haven't received the refund please respond to this email and let us know the status of the refund. On January 16 I finally received an email reply that stated the following: It looks like ********************* has left a voice mail for you to contact her back and looking at the account notes it seems the refund issued was rejected and kicked back to us by the merchant. Not sure if there is an issue with the card account it was refunded to but **** will arrange the details of how to proceed with you. I spoke to them right after the January 16 email and they stated they would issue a refund by check. The check never came and ***** said legal said they couldnt send a check and I should dispute the charges with Discover Card. Please see attached document BBB My mother.

On 8/22/22, I received a call from ***********************, turned over to ********************************* who talked me through the fact that my 0% Discover credit card was no longer a 0% card because the first year had passed. He was going to assist me in securing new 0% credit cards & transferring the balance of the Discover card to those cards. This involved a one-time transfer fee. I spoke with ******* & the financial advisor ******************* *************.) He arranged a 0% Citibank card with a $4,700 limit (0% /21 months on transferred charges & 12 months/ new purchases.) He arranged a 0% **** of America card with a $12,000 limit (0% /18 months.) The Citibank card was used to transfer Discover charges up to the limit. I was advised to keep the Discover card, but pay it off monthly. I was advised to use the **** of America card for new charges. I spoke with a ****** in the verification ************** a client relations panda doc.The new cards were activated on 9-2-22. The new Citibank & **** of America 0% credit cards have worked out fine. On 9-13-22 I spoke with ********************* ************, "senior guy" to ***************************** He described how Fortune Five Hundred Consulting uses credit cards to earn money. They buy names (credit profiles) from banks, paying $4 per name, acting as silent partners investing into the purchased names. I was invited to pay $3000 to purchase **** names from Fortune at a cost of $2 per name. Those **** people would be called by Fortune & 23% (345) would take the same offer I was taking - each of the 345 takers, would generate a $50 commission for me, with a total return on my $3,000 investment of $17,250. I would see the first returns in check form by early 2023. I paid $3,000 & filed all the associated paperwork. I have seen no return on my investment, have heard nothing from any of the players, & have not been able to get a return call or response to my email inquiry. I have been scammed. Yes, I'm gullible and old enough to know better!

I got a call from Capitol One but, it wasn't Capitol One ,offering help in getting a zero percent interest rate on a credit card. This was suppose to be a permanent none interest bearing credit card and that is what I was fooled by.. I had been trying to consolidate my high interest credit cards and companies would not approve the amounts that were needed. I was suckered by a company that had more leverage in getting the credit limit needed to transfer three high interest card balances.. This is a whole network of people working together, to defraud and overcharge the elderly, or any one in a desperate position to get help on high interest cards...I have a list of numbers of people that contacted me to convince me to go with this company. A Manager that called me to try and get more money, he said he buys numbers from the banks and this is how he gets his clients. The first thing they said to me is that I have a excellent credit history of payments that is why I was contacted .Their is no way I would have paid the amount of money on this so call contract . I am on social security and it is sad that their are all kinds of cons out there like this. Fortune 500 phone number is ************ and I have the numbers of this frauded group if needed. After everything was exposed they told me more after the right of recession date had passed. They negotiate credit card interest rates on a continuous basis to keep them low, or at zero percent after a certain date. It is no way I should be charged this amount for this fraud of a service on a non-existing credit card with a zero interest rate.

This company called me and said they could get me credit cards with 0 percent interest and transfer my credit card balances to the new cards. I said ok. Then they told me it would cost me ******. So they got me 2 credit cards. A discover with a credit limit of *******. Then they said the way their business worked was something like they help people like me and consult for businesses. They then asked me to get ******* dollars off the discover card put it in my bank account and write them a check and in 3 to 4 months I would start recieving checks from them totaling *********. Well needless to say I haven't received anything and they have not called me back or answered an email I sent.

I got hit in September 2020, and my experience is exactly the same as a similar complaint recently filed with **** This company calls as if they are doing debt consolidation and balance transfers. Once I did the balance transfer to a new card at 0 interest then they request you to do 2 balance transfer checks and send them to them. In return in 3 months they are supposed to send me checks every month to help pay my new cards off within 18 months of the 0 interest rate promotion. It has been 8 months and I havent heard from them since and when I call the number it no longer says the persons name and no one have call me back. The agent presented himself as a *********************, but his whereabouts point to a *************************** and possibly a ***************************. They astutely use a maildrop service address in *******, but seem to actually live in a nearby town. They must have the collusion of some bank agent, as they cash in checks made to "Fortune 500 Consulting Group" without any real endorsement!
