Unable to contact this company via phone web, email etc. When you call numbers just ring to a voice message that states the office is closed till Tuesday. Has been this way since the beginning of the year. I need to contact them to dispute late payment charges from last year they keep trying to correct.Initial Complaint

Never got any letter advising of the change of HOA management got letter stated account was late called to get the fee's removed since I have not received a letter or payment booklet letting me know a change in HOA got very rude secretary whom answered the phone (*****) then she rudely transfer the call to **** whom was not help at all I want the $25.00 admin fee removed I will gladly pay the late fee but $25.00 admin fee is double dipping in our community.Business response

Mrs. B****'s review stemsfrom a lack of understanding and she targets Kachina Management Inc. and ourstaff. Kachina Management Inc. has supplied all requests. The fees of the HOAmanaging ****** New ********************* have been determined by the Board ofDirectors. Kachina Management sent out letters to the HOs in December 2020notifying them of the change in HOA management. We also did not start applyinglate or admin fees until April of 2021. That is four months after the transferof management to ensure all payments have been properly switched over. Mrs.B**** also paid off her assessment balance in April, which left her accountwith a $0.00 balance. This April payment was made directly to KachinaManagement **** via phone, so she was fully aware that the management had beentransferred over to us. She failed to pay her next quarterly assessment paymentin July, which resulted in additional late and admin fees. All fees accumulatedwere a direct result of the homeowner's decision to not make payments withinthe allotted timeframe.
