      Stopped in the showroom to gather information on shutters. Greeted and treated kindly said we would like to initiate contract. Told that ***** was with customers but the rest could be done via email and e sign. A week later asked to provide further info on which windos and to number them in some pattern used by their installers. Provide info and repeat that we wish to initiate a contract. Ten days later and no contract nor have any texts or emails been answered. When being treated as an inconvenience I know it's time to cut and run. Would avoid at all costs.

      So, let's recap my experience with *******************************************:- Ordered on April 8th.- Install team arrives on June 11th and says they've never installed this type of blinds before. Kudos for honesty, less so for planning who should be doing the install. - After an hour of trying to sort it out, install team realizes parts are missing and says someone from the office will call me in a few hours to update me on the materials and reschedule.- No call is received that day- After dozens of calls and numerous messages, still no answer until I receive an e-mail a week later saying materials will be arriving July 5th.- Email company to get an update and request an update from a person. No response.- Spoke with *** on the phone and talked about everything, was told he would get back to me about making it right.- No response about making it right.- Appointment is finally scheduled for July 12th at noon.- On the 11th (yesterday) I get the text saying it's at 4p.m. I write back saying that will not work and discover the text number doesn't go to anywhere, it's just a bot that can't get responses.- I call numerous times today to try and get a hold of someone, with every call going to voicemail.At every single step of the way -- with the exception of the installers who were upfront and honest about the situation -- I feel like I've been mislead or blown off. You can decide whether that's a company you would want to do business with. "
