living in Arizona, we all know the importance of the relatable Air-conditioning Systems, especially when the hot season is approaching. Having our AC units at our house for over 22 years, we understood that it’s time to make a replacement. We’ve began searching for the highest rated in Google and Acredited with BBB companies to provide us with the expertise about new AC Systems. We’ve invited 3 companies with great credentials and only with the GROUND ZERO PLUMBING & AC we’ve experienced such a big difference, by listening to the sales representative’s presentations. Actually only with Mike C******, the Field’s Supervisor at the GROUND ZERO we have not felt “that sales presentation”. What a huge difference it was and what a pleasant experience!! First of all the GROUND ZERO office were very flexible with accommodating the time for their representative to visit our house and it was wonderful experience too! We received emails a text messages with Mike’s picture and his impressive short Bio as it’s been promised, so we know who’s coming to our house. Mike C****** came sharply on time, looking professional and being very-very kind and caring. He’ve inspected our units, went on the attic at 100 degrees outside to do his inspection and we were ready for the sales pitch to hear.., but it wasn’t a sales pitch what so ever. Mike had shared his impressive knowledge base about the technologies, innovations in Air-conditioning & Heating systems based on his length practical experiences being the installer himself. He’ve educated us about what’s available in the market place (without making us feel scared that it’s a shortage of the AC units, etc., like it was with the sales reps from another reputable companies) and we felt very comfortable with Mike and most definitely the company he were representing. Mike have recommended the AC Systems that perfectly matched our house and secured them for us immediately without any pressure. The outstanding experiences and customer support with the knowledge we have gained from Mike and his employer have inspired us to purchase our new systems from them and to hire the GROUND ZERO to do the installation. It happened so quickly! We’ve made the decision on Friday and on Monday Mike arrived with his crew to work on the replacements of our old AC’s, with American made AC Units. It was like a rescue mission operation where the 6 members of the crew with great practical experiences of 38+ yeas combined worked tirelessly like ONE. IMPRESSIVE! We were and still are so impressed with every single step they’ve made to insure the proper installation, securing the systems and perfectly following Mike Collins directions, who’ve not only educated us about our new AC Systems but have designed a seamless air flow in our house to support the efficiency of the units per SRP’s recommendations. We were so impressed with every single member of the crew and can’t be thankful enough for the fantastic work they have done!! Now we became the member of the GROUND ZERO’s HERO Club too, getting a 15% discounts on the services they are offering. It’s both, AC & Plumming, thank to Mike Collins. We are highly recommending the ZERO GROUND to anyone who is looking to hire a highly reputable company, who’s ownership and management put their customers needs as their priority.
