      EXTREMELY SHADY & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!Do NOT, I repeat DO NOTTTT go here!! Literally any other dealership will be better than them, I PROMISE!! If I could give below 1 star, I would. Went in to buy a truck, got APPROVED, came back the next day to PICK IT UP because it was a DONE DEAL & was told I wasnt approved & was told to leave by the little manager. HORRIBLE customer service & was extremely shady from the moment we walked in. SAVE YOUR TIME & DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

      After negotiating for a couple days with *** and ******* at the dealership for a **** F150 lightening I was told that we were able to get the payment and price that I wanted. I drove to the dealership and sat in the lobby for over an hour before deciding to leave. To be told the following day that the payment would be substantially higher than what was promised.The sales reps acknowledged the oversight due to learning the new incentive being offered and system issues but I wouldn't feel comfortable working with a company that feels like they use bait and switch tactics.My final straw was when *** required me to leave a positive review in order to receive the deal that was offered, which was still 50/month higher than what brought me into that dealership under false pretenses.

      As the local **** dealer they not only represent themselves as a dealer and service center, they represent **** Motor Company as a whole. Long story long, we had to sell our 2016 **** Fusion with ****** miles on it for $1200.00 to a wholesale "******" company today due to a vavle failure causing a need for a complete engine replacement. We replacement the engine via our extended warranty (purchased with the new car) due to a known problem with the 1.5 Eco Boost engine the **** Motor Company issued a service bulletin on a little over 2 years ago at ****** miles. *** car was purchased new from San Tan Ford. During the whole process we had zero support from San Tan Ford or **** Motor Company and was told all along this will be an out of pocket expense, $9,000.00! I will never service another vehicle at San Tan Ford, I have had 3 **** F150's for work trucks, and put **** miles per week on them, and we will never buy a new **** vehicld again even though our family has been buying ****s in AZ and ** for over 50 years. I have never been more frustrated with a 100% paid of vehicle thinking you will use it for 3-5 more years only to sell it for $1200.00, where in good working order we could sell it for $12,000.00 based on current miles.

      I will never buy a **** again due to this dealership. They fixed an upper oil pan leak ****** miles ago and it is leaking again. The dealership my truck is at now said there is not reason for it to be leaking so soon. I called them to get help with the repairs and the service manager refused to help me and hung up. The labor alone is *******. **** Customer Service ***** just as much. They do not care and do not help. If I could give negative stars I would. Next time I will go with Dodge.

      This customer purchased her pre-owned **** truck with over ******* miles. *** dealership she purchased the truck from sent the truck to our service department to repair the oil leak. San Tan Ford repaired the leak which comes with a 2-year/unlimited mileage parts warranty from ****. *** truck is past the 2-year warranty period from ****.

      Too bad I can't give a no star. They don't even deserve the 1 I had to choose!!! I bought my vehicle from here and had purchased a warranty with it. I was having issues with the vehicle and took it in to have it checked out. It was covered under my warranty and they covered the additional days of the rental for me. I would have expected that since it was not my fault they were behind on the work load. When I picked my vehicle up, I had noticed scuff marks on my car and what looked like scratches. Also, while driving my passenger side rear bumper came unclipped and was flying in the wind. When I took my vehicle back for them to look at the damage, they buffed out the scuffs but I was met with it was my fault for the bumper. He said "It looks like you hit something". So I politely let him know that I had not hit anything. The vehicle was preowned and the small dent on the back was there when I bought the vehicle from them. He then said "Well, you can't take your car through a regular car wash with the brushes because that weakens the clips." To which I replied that my car only go to ******* Car Wash which is touchless or it gets washed at my house. The scuff marks on my car resembled the scuff marks which were all over the rental car the gave me. This leads me to believe that they sent my car through THEIR carwash which is a brush car wash. Needless to say, my bumper is not fixed and I will have to file an insurance claim for the damage that was caused by them. This dealership used to have good customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone and will make sure that people know what happened to my vehicle while in their care. I will never return to them.

      The customer came in to the ****************** on 01/26/2023 to drop of the vehicle.  San Tan Ford takes pictures of the vehicle at the time of vehicle write-up as part of the write-up process.  The pictures taken of the vehicle at write up on 01/26/2023 showed the damage to the vehicle was present at time of write up.  The  pictures were supplied to the customer showing previous damage.  The damage did not occur while in San Tan Ford's possession.

      The pictures that were taken of my vehicle when dropped off are not the issue. My vehicle did have some dings on it from a previous owner. That was not the damage in question. No accountability was taken for what had happened to my bumper, only the minor scuff marks caused by their car wash. I am not asking for anything anymore as it is like beating a dead horse. Hence San Tan Ford did not receive a response from me to the pictures they took of my vehicle. The damage to my vehicle in question was not in the pictures they sent. As I have said before, I'm not going to fight to get this taken care of through the dealership anymore. I will file a claim with my insurance and let people know of my experience.

      I work here as a tech and have had families fords serviced here in the past many times, they are all wonderful people and management / service providers are all great.

      I wish I could give 0 stars for the service department. So far they have done nothing to help me but not cover my power train even though it's still under warranty. ***** my service advisor just called to say that my **** for a new engine is going to be $25k. I had to laugh at him and say are you kidding? They quoted me $18k for a new engine and are now trying to get another $7k for disassembling the old motor. Do not use San Tan Ford, run to *********************** or *********.

      Beware of this Dealership!!! They tricked me into buying a vehicle that they knew I couldnt afford. My grandmother had just died and all of my cousins were placed into foster care. I became their foster parent. In a moment of mental instability I went there to try and get a larger vehicle for the 5 children and they ended up having me get a $40,000 suv. I didnt know I was paying that much, I trusted them and just signed the papers that were put in front of me. I try my best but as a single female foster mother its hard and I didnt really get what was going on I trusted them.. Im not a high school graduate.. I dont even have my GED but I thought they were being honest with me. I only make $24,000 a year. my payments are $500+ per month and insurance of $250/mo. I only make $2000/month. I cannot afford my rent. I traded in my car that was paid off and gave them my entire savings from my taxes of $8000 cash. I tried to take the car back 4 days later and they refused me. They lied and said the loan had already been accepted by ***** ***** and that I would have to call the owner and finance manager. I tried doing both of these and they didnt answer or call me back. When i called ***** ***** first they said that my loan had not been accepted and that I wasnt even on file, then they said I had 7 days from the day I bought the vehicle to return the car and unwind the loan which would result in me getting my money back and that all I needed to do was go back to the dealership and tell them that I wanted to Unwind the loan and that I would be released from the loan and i would give the car back and get my old car back and my money. This dealership is a fraudulent place of business that preys upon whoever they cant. If they are willing to take advantage of me, a single foster mother of 5 children who only makes $24,000/year they will do the same to anyone and everyone else. I have no savings, no way to pay for my rent, and no way to pay my bills. I cant afford this vehicle in which I will end up losing it and being homeless with 5 children who already went through being homeless as foster children. The owner and managers of this place do not care. They only care about taking money from whoever they can. STAY AWAY. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE.
