5 starsIsagenix **************** offered the best customer service I have had in years! Not only did I reach someone in person almost immediately, but they sorted out the issue and were very generous in their resolution. I love Isagenix products and I truly appreciate their service. I have been a long time customer of **********************. My account was deactivated as well because of "non use". Upon calling customer service they informed me I need to set up a new account which I did. Hours later they canceled my order because of "fraud" and that I should contact the finance department. My phone number, address, everything was the same as my previous account except I used my boyfriends card with his consent. I sent an email telling them I'll use my personal card and they said everything about my order signaled fraud. How unbelievably insulting! This company has failed a long time customer and the friends I recommended them to.
