BEWARE. Nightmare.... I would definitely not recommend this company. Take the time to get other estimates. Read the BBB reviews. 1 altered x a c t i m a t e price list. 2) they overcharged for fuel 3) emergency service call. I called and asked them if they charged more on Sunday they said no we are an emergency service well when I get hard copy yes they did charge me more. 4) equipment decontamination. Not necessary 5) Hepa vacuum and filters they charged me $431.38 for one filter. 6) labor hrs plus additional 12 hours of Labor. Travelers is my insurance they harassed badgered and insulted them. My insurance adjuster has 22 years under his belt I believe he knows what he's doing. Travelers spent 5 hours in my home.They had the nerve to send per ARS ****** (A)(11) and 15. They have threatened me with a lien against my home. I've offered them $1,998.39 what my insurance has approved. I now have to correspond through their legal department. My insurance has been canceled and has tripled in price, no fault of travelers they have been excellent I can't blame them I wouldn't want to deal with these people either. I was told the insurance would handle everything and I signed the paper I signed my life away. I now have to sell my house because I cannot afford the insurance. All of this over a water heater . My house is a mess In the laundry room there's half a wall all the way around the room. My room is torn up also half wall. Everything I had in the laundry room is on the patio washer dryer I can't use until I get my laundry room done. All the boxes are unhmarked so I have no idea what's in them. My vintage wall clock that is huge is cracked, also my sander and jigsaw missing I knew exactly where it was in the file cabinet but you only have 24 hours after you sign their pad. i . Eco dry lied to travelers about me signing the last paper. I refused. I could keep going on . My point is please don't let him take advantage of you. Take care Nori

Run the other way. American Home Shield sent them to the house after a water leak damaged floor and drywall. Initially I was impressed with their stated ability to coordinate the tear out, dry out, and reconstruction. They failed to coordinate with the plumber and reconstruction company. They did not communicate with us regarding status of repairs and when we could turn the water back on and move back home. They left our back door wide open during dry out after being told to be sure doors were closed and locked. Use this company at your own risk. They talk a good game and fail to deliver!

Woke up to a puddle on the floor of my bathroom and called a plumber who, after inspection, told us we needed to call ECOdry ASAP. Basically we had a leak that had already caused water damage to our kitchen, guest bedroom and bathroom. Nightmare. ECOdry came out, same day (on a Saturday) helped us file a homeowners insurance claim, got samples of damage, scheduled a crew to come out at 8am the next day, and walked us through the entire process step-by-step. ****** was here for 4 hours! Even helped us stop the leak enough to the point where we could turn the water back on. Insanely good customer service. I hope Im never in this situation again, but going forward I will only use and recommend ECOdry. This company made me feel like there are still good people left not trying to s**** everyone! Dont hesitate to call them.

I had eco dry referred to me from anytime home services. I had a leaking valve behind the wall in my master bathroom. ***************************** from eco dry, who does not answer his phone or return text messages, came to my home and verified that my shower had to be torn apart due to excessive water damage, ****** said he would handle everything with My home insurance company, safeco/liberty mutual. The very next day a crew showed up who was very professional and polite came out and removed all the damaged drywall. I had to schedule anytime home services to come out and change the valve before eco dry would schedule rmj construction to come to my home and restore my shower. I have been trying to get a hold of ***************************** for 3 days now through email and his cell phone via texts and voice messages with no reply from him whatsoever. When I try calling eco dry but no one ever answers the phone and you have to leave a message. the company has not called me back either. I've noticed they have quite a few complaints in the past 3 years. I'm very unsatisfied with ******************************* lack of answering his phone or messages and the company's lack of returning my phone calls. My ***************** is requesting pictures and plans from RMJ construction or they are going to deny my request. Do not use eco dry EVER. Find yourself another company.

AWesome company to work with. Had a water leak that caused alot of damage. They were at our house within hour and half, had everything lined up and ready to go the next morning. Restoration team are very professional, nice guys who did a fabulous job. They cleaned up everything before they left and made sure all my questions were answered. Would def recommend them to anyone needing help from water damage.

We woke up to our water heater leaking and cakes or home warranty right away. They recommended EcoDry for the services needed. **************** came out to help within 20 minutes of our call! Not only did he explain the entire process in fantastic detail, but he was incredibly friendly and helpful in an otherwise unfortunate situation. We HIGHLY recommend EcoDry and especially ******! Your company is amazing!

****** at EcoDry Restoration came out to my house after 7:30 PM on a Saturday to assess a water heater leak. He was on time, professional, and left me with several options. Worst experience I've had with a demo company, was recommended by Deer Valley plumbing. I had a drainage pipe that had to be repaired and due to blockage damage was caused by overflow in 2 bathrooms. Eco Dry demoed the 2 bathrooms and failed to cap off one of the sink valves in the master bathroom causing more damage to my house. ********************** had nothing but excuses for damage, they did reimburse us for damage done to some of our furniture but did not offer reimbursement for additional time out of our house. project went from 1-2 weeks to over a month. Eco dry also offered to have a company called (Pack Out) to come out and pack our things in the new construction area caused by Eco Dry's failure to cap off valve but this never happened and dust from construction was all over our stuff that we had to clean. Company had poor communication as well and wouldn't always make appointments on time or would delay. Excuse from leadership was always the same, it's not our fault, it's the other contractors involved (Deer Valley Plumbing-RMJ Construction. After work was finally completed after a month of waiting, I received an email from Eco ******************** asking for payment for the original work and threatening legal action. When I called Eco Dry they had no idea about the additional damaged caused by them and didn't seem to care. All they wanted was to get paid. This company is not about the customer at all, they are all about making money regardless of the outcome or customer satisfaction. Just overall terrible service, I will not be recommending this company to anyone but rather steer people away. I hope this reaches someone who cares, I will be posting this on their website and ******** if possible.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! They start out extremely friendly and helpful and get you to sign documents with them as they claim to help out with your insurance claim. Be advised that if your claim is denied, as mine was, you are responsible for their charges. No estimate, no warning that your claim might be denied. Easy to get fooled by the "friendly" business practices. I heard a lot of don't worry we will take care of you, our legal team deals with claims everyday and will fight for you... NOT the case. I was harassed constantly until an agreement could be made and now I owe them an large sum of money.
