In December 2022, O ordered tickets to the finals of the 2023 US Open as a Christmas present for my wife. CTT a slick website and were good a taking my money. On December 7, they charged my **** card for $1251.90 and sent a confirmation which was unclear where the seats might be.I subsequently tried to reach them to determine the rows and numbers of the seats and to take advantage of an arrangement which they had with a hotel in ******** I tried to log into the account they said they had established and was told my password needed to be changed. I followed the instructions and nothing happened. I was also told that I could insert a 6 digit number. I tried 10 times and gave up. I then switched to the telephone. They have both an 800 number and a local one. Got voice mail and no return call at least 10 times. Their customer service is not awful. It is non existent *****
