     Thanks for finally replying.   Why havent you contacted me directly?  Why did you take an additional $1200 from me?  The fact is, you got thousands of dollars for free and i still don't have a new roof.  So i would like a refund.

    This company lied told my father that is 70 years old they would fix our roof. My father walked them around and showed them the roof exactly the area that was damaged, which was a flat part of the roof. They are very aware that its not covered by the insurance.They told us they would fix the whole roof no problem and make sure the insurance pays for it that is false. After they did the job which was only part of the roof that has an arch that is the only part that is fixed by the insurance or covered under the insurance then they turned around and told us they would fix the flat roof which is the reason we wanted work on the roof and if the insurance did not cover it, we would have to pay it out-of-pocket. This was after me calling and calling and insisting and insisting for them to come and do the job they told us months months later after I reached out to the Better Business Bureau is when they made their first move. We found out through the sub contractor they got paid out $5000 to do the job. They are now billing our insurance for ******. I dont understand where those figures come from with such a poor job very little job and after lying that they would fix the whole roof. They also from the very beginning made sure they had my dad sign a contract that would lock him in from being able to go to any other roofing company or he would have to pay a 3% of the price they were charging. The part of the roof they fixed was not needed to be touched or maybe it did need to be updated but the initial reason we needed help or needed anything fixed was because the roof was leaking in my fathers room anytime it rained. They knew better and took advantage of him. These door-to-door companies are not to be trusted.

    this is the answer every time. How do I know this will really happen. As stated previously you got our money in August of 2024 and now its April 25 and youre stating May 2025?  Date and time ? Or is this just another push off? Is this really going to happen? I want a guarantee that this will happen next month and will be completed professionally and on time.

    I did speak to him. He said 1st or 2nd week in May. My issue is that it keeps getting pushed back. My hope is that it really gets finished then and not get pushed back. As stated previously this has been going on since August of 2024. Ill wait and see.

    On January 3rd, 2025 we were informed to pay our deposit to get our roof worked on and so it can get scheduled. After paying the deposit we were told that they have a lot of clients and we have been pushed back. Since attempting to reach the company via our "roofing agent" he blamed us for not providing the payment on time and that's the reason we've been pushed back. Since then I've made multiple efforts to reach the company and my contact but neither of them get back to me. It has been 2 months since the transaction and we have not been contacted, updated, or informed of the progress that they've made to fix our roof. They also opened a claim with my insurance company to get a $5k check and we have yet to see a copy that they promised to provide. So as of right now I don't know what came of the $5k claim and our $2k payment.

    It is ridiculous how long it takes. You received the insurance money quite fast. You could have contracted a different contractor by now. My Roof will probably have newer damage by the time it gets replaced and I will not be able to put it through my insurance anymore. I would just like a refund and I will look for a contractor myself.

    No thank you. I do not wish to do business with you anymore. I just want what my insurance paid you so I can find my own contractor.  You will probably just say I will be at the top of the list and keep holding it off but I cant keep waiting. We originally had our first contact like a year ago. Thats too long.

    NERD Power installed 41 solar panels on a 20+ year old roof. I believe NERD Power failed in their professional responsibility. They did not properly assess the condition and age of the roof. A thorough evaluation would have recommended roof replacement prior to the solar panel installation. By installing solar panels on an aged roof, NERD Power knowingly created a situation that would necessitate further complications. The premature removal and installation of the solar panel system is a direct consequence of this decision, which now has created significant inconvenience and additional expense for me. NERD Power is now quoting $9,000+ to remove and re-install the solar panels, so that I can replace my roof. NERD Power is not being responsive when I attempt to discuss the situation with them. They have been awful to deal with.

    We ordered solar panels and a backup battery from nerd power. The back up battery did not work as advertised. After some back and forth, NerdPower agreed to take back the battery and give us a refund of over $9,000. We even signed a contract. This was completed 6 months ago. I've been calling and emailing asking when I expect the refund. I keep getting the run around. They either don't respond or tell me that it's approved but the finance team needs to send it out. One time I called and spoke to *****, he said that the company was in transition and short on cash and that I would have to wait. He said they do not take loans because they don't believe in debt. Well, they are in debt to me. 6 months is a long time to wait for a refund.

    Insurance paid to have repairs done. Work not done. Can't get a hold of the company.

    Hi ****, apologies for the lack of communication.  We have struggled to get traction with insurance companies in ***********  Most seem to be very resistant to working with a contractor on the claims process.  They want to work directly with the policy holder.  We would be happy to complete the roofing project you still likely need to have completed, but we will need your assistance with filing the claim to determine whether or not the insurance will cover any or all of the costs for the work that is needed.  We will be in contact soon to discuss next steps.
