I have paid my deductible and sent in my insurance check and I still don't have a new roof. No one will respond on why it's been almost a year and I have no date scheduled for my roof replacement. They said when I paid my deductible I would be put on the calendar. When I email I get no response. When I call, I only get a voicemail. I have left several and no response.Business Response

Hello *******, we completely understand your frustration. We have been in a dispute with your ************************ (*******************) who has been unwilling to pay us for roof jobs that we have completed over the last year or so. Your best option as I understand it, would be to contact AdjustPro and demand that they cancel your public adjusting agreement with them and refund the money the insurance company has already sent them (that they have not paid to us.) My solar panels, which are still under warranty, have stopped producing entirely. I first contacted Nerdpower about this issue in August 2025. After following their recommended troubleshooting steps without success, I was told on September 1st that a request had been placed to have a technician come inspect the system. However, before an appointment could be scheduled it had to be approved, which could take up to 5 business days. On September 10th (7 business days) I called and was told the request had been filed on the wrong date, but I should have a status update within 24 hours. Since then I have received no communication and it has been over 2 weeks since the original request. Additionally, I have called customer service every day for the past 5 business days with no customer service representative available, and no response to my voicemails.Business Response

Hello ******, your panels appear to be functioning properly, but your SolarEdge Inverter has a level 5 critical alert, and appears to have failed. Since this is a product failure, the warranty you have in place is related to the manufacturer (*********), not the installer (Nerd). In good faith however, we did submit a request for a replacement inverter on your behalf. We are waiting on ********* to provide us with the replacement - as soon as they have done that, we will contact you to schedule a technician to come out and replace it for you.Customer Answer

Nerd Power LLC has not been present or active in helping us restore our roof even though we've given them ***** to do so. We would like a refund from them they and adjust pro are shady and are involved in a lawsuit already. There has been a lot of damage to my roof now cause this company doesn't do their job. Company did a great job installing the panels but I am having trouble getting someone to come out and look as the attic fan as it had failed and caused my roof to leak. Tech came out and said yes this is the cause of this and it has been multiple months of trying to get them to come out and replace the attic fan. I also have 4 panels with poor production that and was told they need to replace the panels. It has been over 8 months and they are going to send out another technician to come and look at the panels again to confirm they are actually broken along with the attic fan. When I call and complain about what is going on they tell me they have no idea what I am talking about and have to start the whole process over each time. I have talked to the same person. I want my warranty honored and my roof fixed as they caused the problem.Business Response

My solar system purchased through NERD has been down for over a month with not even a tech going onsite to diagnose yet. I have emailed back and forth and called and called with little to no response or communication. The only response I ever get back is that the tech is scheduled for the next week, but nobody ever shows.The lack of communication or any care to uphold the warranty I paid for and was promised is costing a lot of extra money and stress. I filed a claim through Statefarm on 6/1/2023 for roof replacement. A check for $4397.22 went to ADJUSTPRO and a check to me for $784.73. On 2/5/2025 i paid an additional $1271.02 to nerd power. Claim #****Q246Z. I talked to ******* *****, cell#**********. It has been over 2 years and i still don't have a new roof. Every time i call Adjustpro or nerd power they tell me not to worry and that a contractor will be calling me(I never get a call back). The reality is that I've been robbed. This company lied told my father that is 70 years old they would fix our roof. My father walked them around and showed them the roof exactly the area that was damaged, which was a flat part of the roof. They are very aware that its not covered by the insurance.They told us they would fix the whole roof no problem and make sure the insurance pays for it that is false. After they did the job which was only part of the roof that has an arch that is the only part that is fixed by the insurance or covered under the insurance then they turned around and told us they would fix the flat roof which is the reason we wanted work on the roof and if the insurance did not cover it, we would have to pay it out-of-pocket. This was after me calling and calling and insisting and insisting for them to come and do the job they told us months months later after I reached out to the Better Business Bureau is when they made their first move. We found out through the sub contractor they got paid out $5000 to do the job. They are now billing our insurance for ******. I dont understand where those figures come from with such a poor job very little job and after lying that they would fix the whole roof. They also from the very beginning made sure they had my dad sign a contract that would lock him in from being able to go to any other roofing company or he would have to pay a 3% of the price they were charging. The part of the roof they fixed was not needed to be touched or maybe it did need to be updated but the initial reason we needed help or needed anything fixed was because the roof was leaking in my fathers room anytime it rained. They knew better and took advantage of him. These door-to-door companies are not to be trusted.Business Response

On January 3rd, 2025 we were informed to pay our deposit to get our roof worked on and so it can get scheduled. After paying the deposit we were told that they have a lot of clients and we have been pushed back. Since attempting to reach the company via our "roofing agent" he blamed us for not providing the payment on time and that's the reason we've been pushed back. Since then I've made multiple efforts to reach the company and my contact but neither of them get back to me. It has been 2 months since the transaction and we have not been contacted, updated, or informed of the progress that they've made to fix our roof. They also opened a claim with my insurance company to get a $5k check and we have yet to see a copy that they promised to provide. So as of right now I don't know what came of the $5k claim and our $2k payment.Business Response

Back in April/may I submitted a complaint and the company reached out to me "trying to fix the problem" its been months and they still cant solve my issues. they are just making excuses at this point. other reviews they had were all bad as well and complaining about them being scammer. It is ridiculous how long it takes. You received the insurance money quite fast. You could have contracted a different contractor by now. My Roof will probably have newer damage by the time it gets replaced and I will not be able to put it through my insurance anymore. No thank you. I do not wish to do business with you anymore. I just want what my insurance paid you so I can find my own contractor. You will probably just say I will be at the top of the list and keep holding it off but I cant keep waiting. We originally had our first contact like a year ago. Thats too long.
