Worst company to deal with, ever!! Customer service and satisfaction is definitely not a priority here. I was sent the wrong item (totally wrong, received someone else's order). They absolutely refused to properly fulfill my order. Then it took over 2 weeks for them to refund my money AFTER they received the incorrectly sent item back at their warehouse. **** had a different excuse every time I inquired as to why I had not received a refund. Totally ridiculous. 0/10 would not recommend.

I ordered a slingshot roof I paid 313 dollars for 2 day shipping I received an email a few days later saying the website is charging the wrong price and the shipping would be another 300 dollars totaling $613 and I wont receive the item for atleast ***** business days even though I paid 613 dollars for 2 day shipping.

Placed order April 7th, made multiple requests, tickets, emails to cancel the order. They shipped it anyway the evening of April 8th. **************** informs me to refuse the order for a full refund as they will not price match. Lastly they send me a reply stating I'm only receiving a partial refund due to a restocking fee for an error on their part. What a joke of a company. Avoid these guys.

Horrible company to deal with. Shipped me the wrong part. Claim thats what I ordered and its my fault. Trying to charge a restocking fee for their mistake. **************** is like trying to pull teeth. Even hang up the phone on you.

My reasoning for writing a review is not for the product, but for the way this job screws over possible new employees. I applied for this job about a month ago, They denied my application originally.About two weeks ago they gave me a call saying they were interested in setting up an interview, so i was pumped and planned it for the next day. I went in there, killed the interview, then was told they had to interview a few more applicants for the position. I said okay no worries just let me know, so they said by next week i would know.The following Monday I get a call from **** in the hiring department, telling me I was their top candidate. So they onboarded me, told me to give my employer my two weeks and i was scheduled to start on the 11th. I did that, started to train my replacement and about a week in i get a voicemail saying. (We are sorry to inconvenience you but we had restructured our department and we are revoking your job offer)....my current position is now taken...I was furious so I emailed the head of vivid saying how he put me in a s***** situation and he had the audacity to say (there's things in this world you cant control, the way you handles it goes a long way)... not a care in the world that they screwed someone over. Imagine buying product from such a company. These guys should be ashamed of themselves.

Zero stars!!! Falsely advertised a greedy oil block on their website. Still dint change the photo. **************** bounced me back and forward between manufacturer for a week and then took no responsibility. Made me follow their stupid rma process. Fast forward two weeks later still no return label.

I ordered a $400 turbo kit from vivid racing, on October 29th 2023, received no updates whatsoever until I contacted them than a week or so of no answer I contacted again and finally got an answer as to where my product is, said it was a manufacturing problem and there was a delay which I get, I gave them a month no updates nothing contacted them again and no answer, contacted again and asked what the hold up is ** the product is back on the site and has been for a while, the told me the same thing. Now today I have received a email saying I have been issued a refund and it is pending, not once did I ask for a refund I patiently waited for my product and got a little impatient right fully so and called them out where was needed. In the email they said the product was no longer available, I go onto their site and there it is, the product available to add to cart and all.

They sent me the wrong exhaust tip for my exhaust on my motorcycle and refused to correct it
