5 Stars seems hardly adequate, I purchased a grid tie system from NAZ. They helped every step if the way, generating the design, application drawings for permit submittal, delivery of components etc. After commissioning the system was not performing as it should. I did some checks and determined it was most likely the inverter. I contacted *******. and described the symptoms. They had me redo the testing and provide photos. ******* was slow yo respond and not much help. I had kept NAZ in the loop. *** sent another inverter as soon as it was apparent the inverter mfg was dodging around. The new inverter arrived and installed. It is working as expected. If it wasn't fir NAZ I would still be waiting on the other mfg to deliver a replacement. NAZ does support you before and after the sale.Review from Chris M

I located this company in late **** after my neighborhood in the ************** area went without power for 5 days when Hurricane ****** went through the area. I got tired of listening to the generators that were running all night long. I decided to set up a battery backup system to keep essential things like refrigerator, home heat, sump pump, etc. going for several days during a power outage. This company had it all; the know-how, the equipment, and tools to plan out what to purchase. When I tried to pinch a few pennies by buying a half-sine wave inverter, the company recommended against it, and they were right. The backup system has performed flawlessly for every subsequent power outage in my neighborhood since then, including a few of several days duration. The backup system comes online automatically when there is a power failure, and recharges the batteries once power is restored. I experienced nothing but knowledgeable, helpful, first-rate service from this company.Review from Carl H

I ordered from this company in the beginning of June, after a few weeks asked about status of my order. i was told it was delayed 4 weeks.Ok, i said to proceed. checked on my order again delayed. 4 more weeks......Unless you'd like to pay $350 more then we can send you one tomorrow......feels like extortion!
