      They sold me a defective $30 part with my $3k battery bank that ruined my batteries. Refused to take responsibility. Just want a refund for the battery bank, not just the $30 part.

      **** was unreasonable and unprofessional.  He refused to allow our engineering team to troubleshoot his issue and demanded a refund for his batteries.

      He was confused and completely wrong about the situation. We refunded him for a battery bank he purchased to keep everyone involved happy.  This issue was resolved and he was in fact refunded.

      They are correct that they refunded the batteries that their defective product ruined, but they are lying about me and that's just uncalled for at this point.

      The original complaint was resolved as far as NAWS is concerned. **** was refunded for an entire bank of batteries.

      ***** new complaint is "they are lying about me and that's just uncalled for at this point. "    Not a false statement. We would like to retract our statement. 

      BBB has the option to remove our original statement, so **** isn't being accused of anything publicly and this issue can be resolved.

      Hello - On May 25th, I paid ~ $12,500 for (2) lithium-ion batteries used for off-grid solar systems. They were shipped for $250 for 3rd day delivery by Reddaway freight carrier. Since third day fell on Memorial Day Weekend, I was not able to pick them up at the terminal location ~ 90 minutes from my home, that Saturday. Batteries needed due to failure of existing ones. I kept getting run-around and stalling on delivery (changed to my house for extra ~ $80). To this day, still have not received them. Three days turned into three weeks and still no batteries. Huge red flag. Once I take possession of lithium batteries, freight carriers will not transport for returns (laws). I have asked them to certify in writing that batteries not previously returned & have new manu. date. In short, I have *with cause* lost faith in transaction. Without written certification, I cannot proceed and am asking for an immediate refund of all my money. See attached email.
