Thank you all for all the help getting two vehicles shipped the carrier you used even delivered a day earlier than expected. I never shipped a vehicle and you all helped make the process super easy . it was amazing service I will definitely recommend to others and if I need more vehicles shipped in the future thank you all. NO REFUNDS I Gave two deposit of $200 . I put my car for pickup on May 25 call back on June 4 I was told my car was on a board and could get pick up or not . If you truly need your car shipped do not use this service Call a direct company that can pick your car up if you use this company or a broker Your car will never get pick me like and you will never receive a call or update if you truly need your car ship do not use a broker. The company is correct in or agreement but once you make a payment good luck if your car has to go on a broad . Call different company and they pick my car ** in 1 day. Good luck to all relocating hope this helps someone to save money I personally drop the ball on this one should have done more research I got myself by choosing this company. They were legal in what they did because I sign off on it BEWARE

On reading your review, and the many conversations weve had with you and your wife, (both by documents and verbal), its obvious that youre upset that we were 100% transparent with you and explained the entire process to you before accepting your order. It is our policy to never accept any order before getting a verbal response from you that you understand the process and what you just signed in agreement.As you stated in this review, I put my car for pickup on May 25. Having made that statement, you were fully aware that this date, which you chose, was the First Available Date, not a pickup date. A specific pick up date was never stated or promised. As we state in the initial quote, any followup emails, terms and conditions, and verbally, before accepting your offer, that there is no promise of pickup or delivery until the vehicle is dispatched to a vetted and qualified Carrier.Its obvious that youre upset with the System/ Industry of transporting vehicles. The Broker/Carrier system is how 99% of all vehicles are transported. Its been operating like this for many decades. Its also federally mandated with the ****************************. A carrier has a federal authority to operate as a Carrier only. A carrier can not act as a Broker. A Broker has a separate authority (MC#) and can not act as a Carrier. Be aware of giving advice that has huge legal, liability, and insurance ramifications.Its unfortunate that your wife got upset when we declined to break our integrity standards and policy standards that has served the more then **** past Clients, to benefit your specific needs.Its obvious that from your statements (both verbally and documented) that youre more upset with the system and process (Broker/Carrier) that is federally mandated, then you are with our company.Its unfortunate that you chose to go on our BBB site to express these feelings of the Federal system of transporting vehicles. Its like going to your local gas stations BBB site and complaining about the world oil prices. Something that the local gas station has no control over.
