Call this company and spoke to the owner ***. Made arrangements to move my furniture and belongings from my garage and van to my three story building. Informed *** that we live in ****** and there was a lot of stairs, also I informed him that mattress/box spring would also need to be moved. *** said he had a job on Thursday but could come out after that job. Thursday night I called *** because he did not show up or call. Rescheduled for Friday at 12. At 12:20 I called *** to see if he was still coming out, informed me they were dropping off the truck and would be at my location in an hour. *** then called me an hour later and said he had to go do another job and would be there after that.*** showed up at my location at 2:18pm, shortly after that *** started complaining about how many stairs there was. They had most of the garage finished only a few small boxes left. I asked them to take the mattress and boxsprings from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor so that we could take the new mattress and box springs to the third floor, thats when the attitude showed up! *** said that he wasnt going to do that because this was not a moving job. I informed him thats what I was paying him for he then told me he was the owner and I couldnt dictate to him what to do. I commented that I didnt appreciate his attitude, he informed me that I could finish the job and he told his guys that they were leaving and left the last few boxes at the bottom of the stairs and drove off. That was at 3:10 pm. I would not recommend this company to any one. I own my own service company and a would never speak to one of my customers they way he spoke to.

I *************** recieved a call asking if we came to ******? Living here for 38 years ****** is well known by me and the buildings and homes in it. I said it depends on the move? Customer explained it was a garage that needed to go to her apartment it took the last movers about an hour and a half last time they were up. I then said we can do the move but it has to be in the afternoon we have jobs all week and I could fit her in. I then said if I cannot do it Wednesday it will Thursday. Customer said Thank you and end of Conversation. Thursday came we were not able to make it I called and let her know it would be tomorrow. Thursday job was finishing up and it was going to take about a half hour longer so I called and this is when the problem started. I explained We were going to be about a half hour late and she came un glued. My husband moved cars and a van I'm not happy? As we all listened in the Cab of the truck shaking our heads we said here we go. So we head up to ****** and she's the last house out of ******. Garage 30 feet from the bottom of the stairs a car a van and a blind curve. Garage was open and we started but when you came out of the garage you had to be careful of cars then hustle in the street with furniture sometimes making cars stop 30 feet to the stairs. The stairs 72 steps up vertical narrow steps to the top floor. As we going up and you better be in good shape for this climb we get to the top and the apartment has drop cloths ladders boxs and furniture that need to be moved in them? What? When we got down another load up. This and now being told items from 71st floor go into the 60 step apartment when we get down there same thing full of furniture paint supplies drop cloths and more furniture? So we move some items and start getting stuff in but had to move 2 old water heaters laying right in our way. So I head back down and get more from the garage turn and look and here come my guys down with a queen ********* I said what are you doing be careful you don't come down with anything those stairs are dangerous and if you bring furniture down you will burn out before the garage is unloaded. We put the mattress to the side and my guys headed up with the last piece and that when I had 3 file boxs only things that were light and placed them at the bottom of the stairs. When my guys came down the customer said the mattress and box spring go into another apartment fully furnished and things need to come out of there as well. She then stated she had a van and another garage as well. I then said we are here to do exactly as we were hired to do and I will not and cannot push my guys they cannot keep going. Then the customer replied "Your getting paid just do the Job" I then said excuse me? I own this Co. You called for a garage nothing else and now my men and I will say goodbye. She states to all the public a list that she said she had of items to be moved. When i take a job my guys are well informed about what they are getting into. All 3 know it was a garage because they agreed to it. To all you the story escalated and because she didn't get her way and do more 20 minutes later wrote a bad review. But she never told you she wasn't even charged and we finished exactly what we were hired to do and did it in 48 minutes. That's Pride Hard work and Endurance but the kicker here is she didn't pay a dime because we didn't want her money after talking to us like she did but she wrote a negative story on a company that did a perfect job. This is the world today.
