Penny Hubble State Farm in ************, **. I got this policy in January 2023. I had purchased a bad vehicle in March 2023 needing it to be removed from my policy in April 2023. I proceeded to call this agents office again in the end of May and in June and again in July, thats four months of trying to have this vehicle removed from my policy while still making over payments on that policy. I was always leaving messages and voicemails, submitting emails. After I had called and left messages for four months to have this resolved and removed from our policy I finally got ahold of someone and was still told its under review. I called in October to figure out why we havent received any information regarding this issue, I was not able to get an answer from anyone and I left messages and I emailed. Now, in January of 2024, I finally made another attempt at calling this office and I was finally able to get ahold of Penny Hubble and I was told by this agent that mail was sent out. This mail that was supposedly sent out was regarding the cancellation of my policy and that was back in October. Come to find out I was without car insurance for four months. The only reason giving to me for cancelling my policy was because I had used roadside assistance too much. Penny Hubble then proceeded to tell me its not their fault i dont have working vehicles. And proceeded to hang up on me. Before hanging up, the only other reason for terminating our policy is because of my husbands record and a fender ****** in March 2023. Without knowing my policy was cancelled in October, for four months, is extremely dangerous and negligent on their part. I never received mail, or a voicemail or even an email. I would like to receive the amount that I was supposed to have been compensated for, for those months I payed. And to have this office closed down due to the amount of negligence and unprofessional service rendered.
