i have my new system for a bought two now i have a an old system put in when i first move to ******* the company is very good of taking care of my old unit and now the new one i love the system and there service **** is always very helpful and plumber are very good to i would refer these company if anyone needs a in house water treatment unit

When we had an offer on our home, the home inspector found a leak under our island that had mold, coming from the reverse osmosis faucet. Previous to this, we had 2 Kinetico repair technicians come to our house when we noticed a leak. The first time the technician came out, he couldn't find anything and blamed the dishwasher. The second time the same technician came out he said he found a leak and installed a missing washer in the faucet. The day after the home inspector found the leak, a third call to Kinetico was place and a more experienced technician came. He identified the ** faucet as the cause of the leak. He took it to their office in ******** and tested it and it proved faulty. They then sent it to corporate Kinetico. We were told to keep all receipts and submit to corporate Kinetico.Because the home sale would not go through without a clean bill of health, and because if we stayed in the home we couldn't live in a home with mold, we paid for remediation and for our island to be torn apart and rebuilt. We submitted the receipts and request for reimbursement over 7 months ago. We have had to constantly contact the Kinetico representative for updates. Now *********************, Claims Associate, just isn't responding. She is saying that their vendor who provided the faucet is liable. We didn't buy from a vendor who made a faucet. We bought from Kinetico.We bought from Kinetico for 2 reasons. First because of reputation, which now we doubt. Second because, after doing exhaustive research, we decided they had the best water system out there. All we are asking for is reimbursement. Nothing more.

Shady Sales Tactics! Kinetico is too good for this lack of integrity.Kinetico water softener and RO systems are top notch; I have had the same ones for 16 years with ZERO issues. I just recently updated to new systems, but the way it happened was not okay...**** the manager at Maricopa Water Systems (Kinetico Water) intercepted my call when I was calling in to reorder RO filters for my drinking water, like I have done for 16 years with them. He told me that they were obsolete now and they could not provide them. He seemed genuine and explained that it was a good time to update the systems anyway, before something bad goes wrong. I decided to fork out the 6.5K for new systems, since they also waste much less water than my 16-year old water softener and RO, which were still running in excellent condition.Bottom Line -- the new RO system uses the SAME K5 FILTERS as my old one, yet he convinced me that they are obsolete and cannot be found anywhere for purchase anymore. They are readily available on Amazon. **** was very misleading and apparently just wanted to sell a new system. Mission accomplished?
