    The back of my house will need to be re-painted, after three attempts they did not fix the holes and paint match, after running copper wiring across the back of my house for the world to see. They did move the wire under the view of neighbors and people driving by only after I complained. Feel free to drive by and see the damage to the front of my house, that I must have crawled up on a ladder at 66 years of age and initially broke a section of a 14 foot beam off of because all they say not their problem, they did nothing wrong. I am supposed to be grateful, as a new electrical box was installed (Quote "at no cost to you ie me) that failed first inspection delaying the solar even longer. Then I was asked to provide copies of my APS bills for re-imbursement of May, June and July, do to ALL of the delays. Guess they forgot that part once they all received their money. The major sales pitch was the **** rate increase aps WAS GETTING LATER IN THE YEAR. I was NEVER told APS would change my program to a higher cost plan, that supposedly all solar customers must go to.If you choose to use this company, you might want to make sure your printer has ink, as the salesmans printer never has ink, and will get the paperwork to you later via email or doc u sign he really likes to text stuff.. I have text messages and emails that support excuse after excuse, the finger pointing of this company blaming the City of *******, and APS for the delays are never ending. However, they never did address the failed first inspection on a new electrical box, that I am supposed to be grateful for,Maybe I could get my APS bills covered as I was told I would and paint that is sufficient to cover the back and side of my house and I will paint and patch it myself.PS Make sure you read all the paperwork, thought I was getting my solar unit for $18792.00. Not included in the quote, but on a separate document and via text you are asked to make a $2000. check out to the SALESMAN personally.
