I have emailed Titan solar the required documents to transfer solar into my name. They never responded to my initial email. I followed up about 30 days later finally received a response asking for the information I had already provided.I need them to switch the solar into my name and send me any required documentation they need for me to fill out in a timely manner. Waiting 30 days and asking for information you already have is unacceptable. Horrible customer service.

Had a solar panel system installed by Summit Solar in **********, **. My contract was "sold" to Titan Solar for servicing. My System has been down for 2 months and is currently not functional. I have been contacting and going back and for between Summit and Titan to try and get resolution. The Solar system and workmanship warranty is for ***************************** march of 2021. After multiple calls, the final resolution I have been able to obtain is to pay $150.00 service fee for them to come "take a look at it". When asked about the service fee and the warranty their answer was "We didn't install it so there is a service fee" This goes against my contract with Summit and if sold to Titan as suggested my contract with Titan.

Summit Solar Solutions employs the services of Titan Solar Power for necessary warranty work. TSP is capable of servicing the system; however, a service fee is applicable. Verification of system production is contingent upon dispatching a technician for evaluation. Upon confirmation of a scheduled date, a representative will be dispatched to the residence.

I purchased a solar system from Titan Solar Power at the cost of over $40,000 and have since had a leak in my roof due to one of the panels going through the roof to far, causing a hole around the bracket, it wasn't caulked and which rain water, etc. began to leak into my house. I have contacted numerous people including customer service, **** ***********************, ********************************* and they all take care of different things and pass the buck to another employee to resolve. I've been told they are looking at my claim and they have accepted responsibility; however, I've not been paid anything for the damage. ************************************* and his boss ****** in ******* will not return my phone calls and the ball is in their court. I've left messages for ************************* on 02/05/2024, 02/06/24, 02/16/24 and 02/23/24. **************** won't give out their direct numbers so I've resorted to email the co-owners through LinkedIn and filing a complaint with the better business bureau. This is no longer acceptable.

When they came to sell us the H3330323433**38373231H system, we would get a $1800 rebate at tax time. The tax preparer said she knew nothing about this and we told the loan company this. This jumped our payment up from $187 to $400. I said now you tell me we will get a rebate. They were supposed to put the H3330323433**38373231H panels in on a certain date. I gave him $2500 cash and he gave me a receipt. My wife sent H31363234**3130373333H H3130****303235343532H the receipt. They said they would contact us next week but it never came. We got the H3330323433**38373231H panels and battery back up. We didn&#**;t have power. My wife got hold of this rep and told her it&#**;s not working. A month later, they got the battery to work but not the H3330323433**38373231H panels. We got a light bill for $300 approximate dollars. We told the loan company we would be giving them $1800 plus the $8000 rebate money. We don&#**;t have the money as the down payment we told them we were going to give them. We never got the $2500, the $8000 from the power company and the $1800 for the rebate. I would like for them to give us the money they said that they were going to give us.

Titan Solar concerning the partial installation of a solar system and generator combination at my residence, under project number *****. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue directly with the company, I have not received an adequate response or solution.I am a 24-year veteran of the ************ and rely heavily on the use of a CPAP machine at night. The generator, which was part of the project, is essential to ensure my CPAP machine operates during power outages. The absence of this generator poses a significant health risk to me.Here are the key details of my experience with Titan Solar:Installation Date: The solar system was installed on September 20, 2021. However, the generator component of the project was never installed.Follow-Up and Promises: I have made numerous follow-up calls and received multiple assurances that the situation would be resolved. Notably:On March 25, 2022, I contacted TECO regarding the absence of a variance placard. On March 29, 2022, I spoke with ***** from Titan Solar, who promised that the branch manager would order the necessary part and have it installed by the following week.Multiple calls were made thereafter, including one on May 23, 2023, where I spoke to **** for a status update on the generator. Most recently, on February 20, 2024, I spoke with *****, but again, no resolution was provided.Contact Attempts: I have reached out through various channels, including customer service emails and direct contact numbers provided by Titan Solar.Given the circumstances, I am seeking either a full refund for the cost of the generator that was never installed or an immediate and expedited installation of the generator as per the original agreement. The continuous delay and lack of a concrete resolution from Titan Solar is not only a breach of our agreement but also puts my health at significant risk.

In the course of a thorough review, Titan Solar Power has determined that the installation of the generator was rendered impracticable due to spatial constraints at the residence.
