I cannot even give this company one star. My initial call was with the receptionist. She said a salesperson would contact me. A person named "Manny" called me. I told him what my needs were and he asked to send him my address via text which I did. We made an appointment for Thursday, January 19, 2023 @ 12 Noon via text message. I went outside to meet him. By 12:20 PM I went back in the house as I'm working from home. At 1:00 PM I called the office to see if they had a salesperson named "Manny"? The receptionist at first said, "No" but then said, "do you mean "******?" I said "yes". She said, "he is right here do you want to talk to him?" And I said "yes". When I talked to him I reminded him who I was and that I had a noon appointment with him. His response was, "oh yeah" and started to say, "can we... " I cut him off and said it is not acceptable that he did not show OR call OR text and that I this left a bad taste in my mouth about the company and I did not want them doing my roof." He didn't respond so I hung up. I this the way we do business today? If I did that in my job, I'd be fired! TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I do not want the company doing my roof. I just want to warn others of my experience. I have a very difficult job and I am a caregiver to my 85 year old Mom. My time is valuable. Remember that when you think you can blow someone off by not showing up.

Caliber Roofing is a professional company that is honest and will take care of any issues you have. They put a new roof on our house and answered any questions we had. In fact they ended up doing our whole neighborhood. ***** was a delight to work with.

Caliber Roofing was prompt and professional, from estimate to actual installation to cleanup.....I would use again and a great price too for my home -*******************

Caliber Roofing and Solar Services were very knowledgeable, professional, dependable and thorough. We hired them to make numerous repairs to our roof over a two day period and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were gonna do it (even though we were out of town). The next time we need some roof work, Caliber will be at the top of our list.

After a bad storm I had a leak in dining room ceiling and had just had it painted. I contacted four roofers and after reading a recommendation for Caliber Roofing, I called. They not only responded quickly but sent a representative out to Look at the roof. They were professional and priced reasonably. This past monsoon storm proved the leak was fixed. I would not hesitate to contact them again (hopefully I wont have to ??) thank you Caliber Roofing

Had my underlayment replaced 3 years ago and they did a professional and efficient job.Also, they were the best price I found in my research.I would recommend this company for roofing and repairs.

They did a fantastic job insulating the metal roof of my screened in ** room. It was the first step in converting the screened in room to a fully functional all-season room. The insulation allowed me to utilize the existing roof and not be forced to tear it out and install a totally new one. It gave me all of the insulating value that was needed to make the transition a reality.

After calling numerous other roofing companies we signed a contract with Caliber roof. The communication, the price and most importantly the work was excellent...far more than we expected. The attention to detail was far more than we could have asked for.
