Called ******* twice on his ****** number ending in ****, he answered screaming into the phone and hung up both times. He then called me back on another number ending in **** cussing me out and saying perverted discusting things. He then threatened me and said he was on his way to my house to hurt me. He then called me 30 minutes later calling me names and cussing me out again. I feel threatened for my life and called 911 to file a report, please do not reach out to this person under any circumstances. He is dangerous and needs serious mental help.

Renting a home and needed plumber. This guy tells my property manager that he cant get a hold of me. He didnt try. I reached out to him and he tells me how this whole thing is ******* him off and that the management company and home warranty company sucked. All this before I could tell him the issue. After telling him no thanks, he leaves 2 inappropriate voice mails. Seemed extremely intoxicated. Not sure this guy, based on real reviews should be allowed in your home! Beware of the fake reviews!

I was referred to this company by Old Republic *********************** to fix a plumbing problem. I was told (on the phone) to expect them between ****. I said, "no problem" I will be home - I work from home. I would push back errands until they were done.The next day I was working and did not have my cellphone "right by my side". Apparently, they called around 9:30 to "make sure I was home because they didn't want to send a guy out from Glendale unless they could reach me". Well, 1) they told me the day before they would be there between ****. So I was working from home and waiting on them. 2) They never told me that if I didn't respond to them they would cancel.When I called them back at 3:15 (when I first had the chance to breathe) they told me they were not "cancelling" they were "rescheduling" because I did not respond to their text and they could not send someone to a house one hour from their offices without texting and responding first.I said, "wait a minute, you told me to be here between **** and I was. Nobody ever mentioned that if I didn't respond to a text I would be cancelled." He said, "you aren't cancelled, you are being rescheduled" .............what a sham! And the smug attitude after waiting for them all day was just toooo much.FYI: Plumbers are a dime a dozen. Don't go with this company. Apparently their time is far more valuable than their customers. Why are they even advertising that they provide services in the east valley if they hate driving here?
