Initially used GM's services based on a reference so got the 1st month free (only half service as they we put the inside inspection on hold). As with most, they guaranteed eliminating scorpions. The count did go down, from just over 300 that I would kill myself over the summer (black light as I have dogs) to maybe half that. Eliminate, not quite. Several times had to have a re-service as the tech was in and out in 10 minutes or less and didn't do the proper areas. I have many emails per se. We have cameras which proved that. We just moved and no longer want this service, but in spite of all these issues mentioned, they make sure to take their initial "free" $200 "service" fee. Of course they have all kinds of excuses and I am sure they will appear here. We went back to our original provider (Bulwark) and will never use Green mango again.Review from Jenn V

I signed up with Green Mango earlier this year and the first service was lacking and caused an influx of bugs into our kitchen to the point we couldn't use it for well over a week. I called more than once leaving voicemails trying to speak to someone if they could come out. No return phone calls. Nothing. I ended up going back to a pest control company I had used for years in the past who offered a much better deal financially. I called to cancel my account. Left a voicemail saying I wanted my account cancelled and to charge me the $100 cancellation fee. A manager, ****, ended up texting and calling me saying to call her to cancel. I did and she wouldn't allow me to cancel and kept saying that they would give me a gift card to another company of theirs for house cleaning. Not something I need or want, they can't beat the other company's deal, and as a single mom I need the company that is financially best for my family and one that I can rely on when there's an issue. She went from trying to make it right to badgering me not to leave. I told her multiple times I would just like to cancel the service. From there I have received many texts from **** telling me if I don't call her again she will not cancel my service. I shouldn't have to continue to do this. Since then, in the last couple weeks, they have sent multiple technicians to my home and each one I have sent away explaing I have cancelled my service and they are not allowed on my property. Each has made a note on file. Today I received a survey to do because one of their technicians serviced my property, including my gated backyard. I have multiple dogs, large dogs, with a doggie door, that just happened to be upstairs sleeping. This could have been a very dangerous situation for the technician and my dogs. Green Mango has now illegally entered my property. I feel like I and my family are being harassed. This company has absolutely awful management & may want to reconsider how they treat customers!Review from Ashley c

I left my house yesterday and noticed Green Mango was at my neighbors. This morning on my backyard door there was an evaluation on my house from this company. I have a gated backyard, I did not speak to this representative or give permission for him to come on my property and give an assessment. When they come through my gate, into my backyard and assess my property without my permission this is trespassing. Hello ******, Today I was notified about an incident at your home recently that a tech had serviced your ********** were not aware, requesting it or wanting it. I have searched every possible way to find any account associated with your name/email or any info & definitely can not find anything. If you have never had or even requested any services I truly think he accidentally serviced the wrong home. Can you please do me a huge favor and provide me with the name of that tech, as well as your address so I can better pinpoint the location & handle this. We are truly sorry for any concern this may have caused, but I totally assure you, if this is the case, it was an honest mistake & not meant to upset you. We take tremendous pride in our company, technicians, **************** customer service. You are also welcome to call me directly if it helps at ************ -Then select Option 3 & ask for *****. I'm one of the office managers & will be glad to speak with you. Again, our apologies for the entire situation that prompted the need to submit a complaint. I have been a customer here for 2 years and every communication with the office is a struggle. No follow up no returned calls and unable to even get another quote for additional services.ALL my communications have been with the technician when they arrive for the pest control. We do have a very solid communication ***************** so I'm not sure where the breakdown is stemming from but please don't lose faith, after reviewing you accounts & seeing that you were finally able to speak to someone, I'm confident this was an isolated situation. Since the day we moved in to our new house we seen a lot of spiders. We called green mango to help us with our problem and said to say they do not live up to their expectations. False hopes that their new chemical is strong and will help out. We have had more spiders come in to our house and fall onto out bed then ever before. I can honestly say when I sprayed there where less. Now we are in a contract we can't get out of. I will NEVER! recommend Green Mango to anyone I know.Review from Daniel W.

I have had Green Mango since July and since they came out my scorpion problem quadrupled. It went from seeing one or two to seeing multiple on daily occasions. I feel they sprayed something to attract more, so they could charge me more money. I complained a few times now about it and they never follow up on it. The last technician said they were going to charge me more money to fix the situation. Not only that, he was extremely rude in how he approached me. I shouldn't feel threatened in my own home about having to pay more money. They should have honored the contract and kept coming to fix the problems I believe they started. I have little kids that are at risk. They haven't contacted me in a long time and just keep charging me when they aren't doing anything. They won't even put the sticky traps down that they keep promising to leave, they just quickly take off. This has just become ridiculous at this point.Review from Andrew T

This past Saturday morning, a little before 8am, was awakened by my wife getting dressed and asked her where she was going. She answered by telling me that someone was at the door knocking loudly and ringing the doorbell. I got up and went downstairs to find no one at the door however; a Grren Mango truck was parked out front. I did not see anyone. I did not have an appointment. For context, I am a pastor and hadn't slept in about 48 hours. I found this to be very rude as they didn't even leave a card or a note. I hadeven heard of this company before then and, based on this disruptive introduction, don't ever want them at my house.Review from Lynzee J.

I had green mango at my old house and had to cancel because there is zero communication I call them and I wait weeks for a call back. We bought a new house and they had some great offers for rejoining, so we signed up and again I cant reach them for a respray, we have bugs still and its been 4 months, they come for their normal service but the say they will come back if you notice activity this is a lie and bad serviceGreen Mango Pest Control Response

We truly value each of our customers and work hard to always provide the best customer service possible. We did upgrade our entire phone system a few months back & unfortunately ran into some unexpected call flow issues that we worked as quick as possible to remedy & this may be a factor in reaching us at that time. I did try searching every possible way to locate your account info in the hopes of reaching out to you personally to make sure we handled these concerns but we could not find any account associated with the contact info in your message. *** we have explained multiple times to *********, the original cost of the Initial Flush Out is $199 & was ONLY discounted to $0 in exchange for the commitment to complete a min of this 1st (7) treatments, per the service contract agreement be personally signed. However, services are NOT in any way contingent on a tech being able to arrive right at or between a certain specific time block. We offer time frames merely as a courtesy only because this is 100% Service Based industry, understandably, we would NEVER be able to Guarantee a specific time of arrival. They are just ESTIMATES. There was NO charged for that service as the tech was sent away for being 25 minutes later than estimated time window given. The $100 that was charged was for the 1st initial treatment. In addition, given the appointment was closer to the end of the day, this can also factor into an extended arrival time. Cancelling your account & writing a bunch of bad reviews over all this was just not necessary. These guys are very hard working techs out in the field & do their best to get from one appointment to the next as timely as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes stops run longer & they don't even realize the time until they are finished up! So bare in mind, if the customer is the one choosing to discontinue services for their own personal reasons, they would be responsible to reimburse the original discount to cover your INITIAL service as it was only done at no cost with the agreement to fulfill the 1st (7) Services. Green Mango tried to help by reducing the cancelation reimbursement cost from $199 to $100 to cover the cost of that full initial flush out treatment & to be honestly, this is more than fair. We truly are sorry this was so upsetting, as that was NEVER the intention by the tech or the office, but given the entire situation it was not worth all the fuss as we have been as reasonable as possible. Green Mango never wants to lose any customer, but as the customer's request, we respectfully closed this account. We have made numerous attempts to reach ********* by phone to speak directly with him about all this, but have not been successful other than some exchange of ************ messages. If you wish to discuss this further we would need you to call the office ************ -Extn 3 to speak to our Billing Manager who will gladly assist him. Thank you~Green Mango Pest Control Response

TO BE VERY CLEAR ....The ONLY payment that was ever processed ran to cover the 1st initial flush out treatment that was definitely provided on 9/18/21. ********* is solely responsible for that service, since he personally chose to Breach his legally binding, signed service contract and ********* is very aware of this. To continue acting like this over that fact that a very hard working tech was doing his best to finish up his routes for the day & attempts to call ************** to let him know he was on his way, only to be turned away bec he was 25 mins behind schedule is beyond ridiculous.Review from Stacy K
