      Received a shipment of garage doors. Everything looked good when received. It took about 6 weeks before the contractors could show up to install due to weather delays.Once opened, one of the glass panels is completely crushed and it is in the exact spot the straps were wrapped around the box. They said they will not take care of any of this. Not only is this for a glass panel, I will now have to pay for shipping from ******** to ********** again for this oversize piece, plus we have to rent the scissor lift again and have the workers go there again. Stay away from this company. Absolute thieves.

      This appears to be a phony review, or posted on the wrong company perhaps. We do not have Walk Industrial in our system as a client. Furthermore, as it pertains to Mr. ****** complaint. As a freight brokerage, we are NEVER in custody, care or control of a client's freight. Therefore, we could not have possibly damaged his garage door glass. Additionally, per legal claim filing standards, the receiver of the goods needs to inspect and report damage at time of delivery - not wait until 6 weeks later to raise an issue. At that point, who knows who or what could have caused broken glass. Perhaps it was damaged on site weeks after delivery? No way to tell. Regardless, while it is regrettable that Mr. ****** company has to deal with broken glass and the associated cost to remedy that for their client, in no way, shape or form is our company even remotely involved with this situation much less in a position to resolve it for him. Therefore, we believe this "customer" review is invalid and should not be posted to our account.

      Need to screen brokers more carefully ***************************** put a false carrier ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** tact. We are carriers not brokers so how could be double broker a load ? There was one rate con received and given due to the snow storm the night before the driver felt he wouldn't be able to deliver and decided to return the load , no harm no foul that was the drivers own personal decision he was an independent contractor with his own truck and trailer but yet we are being held liable and now due to the carrier 411 report some brokers wont allow us to book loads under the false report. **** will he held personally liable and his company jointly for defamation claims.

      **************** (unintentionally?) misrepresented his company as a carrier and accepted a Dispatch contract under their MC# for a move. He then double brokered that load without our consent, and dispatched it to another trucking company. In our industry, representing yourself under one MC# and accepting the load, and then (without authorization) dispatching it to another trucking company under a different MC# is known as double brokering. The load was held "hostage" by the trucker (not due to snow!) due to ******************** company not paying them for previous loads where he had done this. We had to work hard to recover the freight for our client. Under these circumstances, it is common practice to notify the offending party of the grievance and to file a Carrier 411 report as an alert and potential warning to others who might have this happen to them, too. While we understand ******************** anger at us for filing what we believe is a valid Carrier 411 report, we also respect his right to his opinion when putting a false negative review on our BBB profile. After reviewing the circumstances surrounding this incident, we believe our employee acted in accordance with general accepted practices in our industry. Please feel free to contact us if you have any Q's about this situation or this false negative review.

      There was no misrepresentation on our behalf the load was booked and accepted under only MC# and only one rate con was given out that had all details listed on the load. The fact that I am a carrier that Holds a MC# and act as a dispatcher for other carriers is not illegal and is a common practice.The false claim of "double brokering" would be applicable if I booked the load under my own carrier MC (which I did not) and in turn used another carrier so by definition this explanation of double brokering is erroneous and not consistent. The load was never held hostage is was picked up and returned by the same driver the excuse that the driver wasn't paid is void and untrue and no facts exist to support such claims. The issue is the broker got upset because the load was returned and decided to make false claims against us in retaliation. Very unprofessional and immature on behalf of the broker for allowing personal emotions to overtake professionalism. If the report isn't removed then defamation and ****** suit will be filed accordingly
