We have used Unique for several projects now with a full pool removal and reconstruction going on right now. We recommend choosing Unique for any pool and landscaping where you want it done professionally and with great quality!!!We contracted with Unique Landscapes by Griffin for a complete redesign and construction of a resort like setting and pool in 2019. One of the reasons was the *** design work by ************ that helped us visualize and carefully work every detail, even by moving steps 4" and a patio out 2'.These weeks of getting everything right were invaluable and brought our dream to life. ***** was patient and tireless in verifying the cabanas, their footings, the outdoor shower and its wall, the travertine and adjoining paver areas. Especially helpful was his patience as we designed the pool details. Including the depth based on my wife's height, the in-pool table and chairs, the in-pool extended seating for visiting with friends and the steps for a comfortable save entry with a handrail.The outdoor kitchen details were driven by the excellent Lion grill, sink and ice box, and storage recommended by Unique. They designed all of the cabana' *********** mister power and water line to be under the travertine and the pump to be hidden under the sink.There was care in designing the drainage so that no rainwater pooling would occur, and no rain or patio washoff would drain into the pool. They recommended and designed the details of an end-to-end hidden drain system that fed into the new tree (which likes water).Then the engineering team turned these designs into accurate and comprehensive construction, electrical, plumbing and site engineering diagrams, and they coordinated getting HOA approvals and county permitting.Then COVID hit and delayed materials, while demand in the Phoenix valley made getting crews scheduled challenging. Even so Unique adjusted the schedule, communicated what we needed to know as owners, and everything came together beautifully. Of note were ************** that pulled over 100 sq feet to ******* the deck for drainage. THANK YOU

Unique just completed our front and backyard and we are very pleased. We had them complete a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, landscape of front and back yards with lighting and misters. **** the project manager was very involved and always easy to get ahold of. I even received a personal call from the owner (*****) at the end to make sure I understood how to care for the pool! While the whole process was never fast enough for us while it was happening, looking back it was faster than most of our neighbor's pool who went with different companies and **** was always honest with us about how quickly things could get done. No need for us to vacation anymore as we have a resort in out backyard!

Outstanding customer service. From the start, the sales team worked with the design team and the installation crew seamlessly. Although the supply chain impacted the timeline, we were always kept in the loop and the Unique Team performed as well as could be expected. Professional, courteous, extremely thorough. Always there to answer questions promptly. I highly recommend Unique for any job big or small. I believe that their people are the best in the business.
