    Climate Pro has been taking care of our AC needs for 5 yrs now. Their technicians are polite and very respectful. All of our AC needs are taken care efficiently and within a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this company.

    ****** was exceptional.He was honest, knowledgeable, funny and kind.He takes great pride in his work and it was important to him that I understood exactly what was happening with my AC unit , and why.He checked out things I didn't even know he was coming to do. He explained he would fee terrible if he left and something went wrong.I believe him. Thank you ****** for excellent work, and some laughter as well.

    We've been with Climate Pro for over 15 years! They always treat us like family. ******* is always professional, friendly and empathetic. Today our service tech was Colten. He was fantastic! He really listened to our concerns, explained everything in detail, was unbelievably patient, and kind. He also asked if we had any questions! He went above and beyond with customer service and courtesy. Thank you ******************** for once again helping quickly in a unexpected situation. ????

Not only did ****** get our unit serviced and the inside coils clean and shiny, he was great with our dogs. We feel confident that our unit is ready for the high summer temps.     Matt F****** did a good job! And I really really wanted him and his company to do what needs done but unfortunately my budget n home oddities are not cooperating so that we can )0:; truly if things were just a bit different and opportunity I would in a heartbeat because Matt was simply so professional honest to the point and thorough and absolutely unlike any other rep I have seen in my three decades here in the valley and dealing with companies about heating and AC he is genuinely a wonderful representative and I'm really sad that I'm not going to be able to follow through
