  Beware - if you have a leak that needs to be repaired, use your own plumbing contractor. If you let **** talk you into using their plumbing services, they will charge you an exorbitant price; but, tell you that you will be reimbursed 100% by ******'s 25 year warranty. Their plumber does not even give you the defective part. And Uponor will not even consider evaluating your warranty claim if you are not able to provide Uponor with the defective part. And Uponor can decline their warranty based on their evaluation of your claim - there is no guarantee on a warranty.After many, many emails and phone calls, the owner agreed to split the charges. However, when you consider the exorbitant price they charged for the less than 20 minutes of actual plumbing repair, it was a rip off. But, the real issue is that they did not tell the truth - they lied for their own personal greed. An owner has an opportunity to respond to a posting. But, folk's, they can blow all the smoke they want to; but, it's the quality of the character. And we just want to help the buyer beware of this unfair business practice scheme. ***** *.

  We ********************** concerns and are truly sorry to hear that he felt this way about his experience with ***************************** We would love to clarify a few points in the spirit of transparency and fairness.When our team arrived at his home, we diagnosed the issue as a plumbing leak from a PEX manifold, rather than a condensation leak. To help resolve the problem quickly, we offered to connect Mr ****** with a plumber, and Mr ****** agreed to that offer. The plumber completed the repair, and I was then informed that the failed PEX part may have been under warranty. That it was worth checking on. The plumber mentioned that they would handle the parts return for warranty evaluation. Unfortunately, it appears there was an issue with the handling of this part during the plumbing part of the job, which I understand has caused significant frustration.I want to clarify that the plumbing services were not provided by **************************** Restoration but by an independent plumber, whom we recommended at Mr ******* request. We dont control the pricing for other companies or how the warranty process works. With that said, we always want to do right by our customers, so I personally reimbursed Mr ****** $400 to help offset the cost, as a gesture of *********** was never our intention to mislead or provide anything less than excellent service. We genuinely regret that this situation led to dissatisfaction, and we hope that our actions showed our commitment to supporting our customers, even when external factors are involved.We value all feedback as an opportunity to improve, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.   Horrible experience. Feel we were completely ripped off. No one responding to emails. I want to know where they drummed up 5 star reviews. Old reviews are all I find. $900 much needed money right now for the most BASIC c*** done. Husband still is not over it. Steer clear!!

We also did an additional inspection of your plumbing under the sink and ran the dishwasher to make sure you didnt have any further water damage at no extra charge saving you the cost of hiring a plumber to complete the inspections.
