I broke the rearview mirror on the right side of my SUV. It has been a 38 day nightmare. The charge seemed a little high but I had gone there before and things were ok. So I paid the initial estimate up front. Thirty days later I called to see the status-they had to order the part from the dealer. I called a few days later and they said they had the mirror and to come so they could install it. After the part was installed the owner said that the outside shell for the mirror was broken when the received it but I could just use the mirror without it and they would call when they got the new one. Several days later I called again and the owner said " Are you willing to use the mirror shell from the original? I said yes and after some time period he said it was installed. That shell was not damaged. He said I can "come back and he would install the new one" WHY! This has been a nightmare experience.Review from Deborah H

Estimated repair time was 2 weeks. It's now been 5 weeks and I still don't have a time frame of when my car will be done. I am now out of pocket on the rental car for 2 weeks charges and still going. To say I am unhappy is a very mild statement.
