Unfortunately we can no longer recommend this company. We previously had a good working relationship with the company/***************, but they have been unwilling to work toward remedying the issue we hired them for. In January of 2023 we preemptively replaced our **. We communicated that our biggest concern was the air flow to 2 bedrooms. We were assured that swapping out the unit and adding an additional return on the other side of the house would correct the problem. It hasnt. We spent over $16,000 replacing our ** and still have 2 bedrooms that are incredibly warm (my daughter takes ice packs to bed). We consulted with 2 ** companies and 3 insulation companies this summer when ** said that it was an insulation and air flow issue. We were told by all the other companies that our insulation is up to code and that we were sold a unit that is not able to supply enough airflow to the size of our warm. They report we are 200 sq/ft short of air flow. The other companies shared we should have been sold 2 small units or offered a mini-split. We added foam insulation into the exterior block 2 years ago and consulted with them per ** reporting his thermal scan showing that being an issue as well. The block foam is intact and working as it should so we are back to Environmental Air needing to correct this issue. We have asked ** to work with us on correcting this issue and his response was, I wish I could be of more help but this beyond my scope of work. I dont understand our airflow is outside of the scope of work for an ** companies. We are disappointed we trusted our previous positive experience and didnt get multiple bids for the ** replacement. We have asked for ** to correct the air flow issue at cost but he is not engaging in conversations which has led us here. We hate posting negative reviews but feel we have an obligation to prevent this from happening to someone else.
