Mr ********************** price gouges. They said they needed to drain our septic to work on a pipe that was at the top. They did it last and charged $809, which was exorbitant and unnecessary. They charged $200 to locate the septic when we told them where it was. We had to have them come back to repair the mess they left in our landscaping. After checking I had to have them do it again. We should have been shown an itemized list of costs upfront but they just kept telling us the total. I would have vetoed some of the fees as being totally out of line and/or unnecessary. We also had someone work on our well the same week and were told they could do the work Mr ********************** did for a substantial savings. Next time they will get the call. Mr ********************** takes advantage of people who need work done quickly. My advice is to find someone now so that you are not in a bind at the last minute. ***************** showed up right on time, he immediately introduced himself and his assistant, ******, I believe is his name, they both were respectful and patiently listened to me trying to explain the issues I was having, ***** explained everything he was going to do and that it would be a process. They were here until 5:00 p.m., through out the day, he kept me informed as to their progress, and continued to show the same kindness and respect that he started the morning with. He made me feel at ease and did everything in his control to make sure that my issues were resolved today, he definitly followed through on his word. ***** and all those that assisted in turning a very stressful situation into a positive experience, truly represented Mr. Rooter Plumbing well.With much appreciation,*************************Review from Travis P

Fantastic service! ******* was awesome at keeping me updated as to when the plumber would arrive. My plumber ****** was terrific, he worked very hard to resolve my issues saving me money & allowing me to resume normal life while going back to the contractor that caused my plumbing issues.Thank you so much, I will definitely call again for plumbing issues as well as recommend Nr. What a great experience! Our water heater broke and the bathroom was quite flooded. I called four other companies but none could get to our home for at least 3 days. I called Mr ********************** and ******* arranged to get a technician to our home in an hour! **** showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to us what we needed to do to get this resolved. He even talked to our warranty company to help us get the project approved. Thank you!Review from Naomi S

We had a great experience with a recent plumbing service/repair. ******* arrived with a great attitude and quickly identified the problem. His timeliness and quality of work impressed me. The manager of a appt complex in ******, called Mr. ********************** to report on and repair a toilet that wasn't flushing in one of the appts. I feel that the manager was 'up-sold' on a 'major toilet rebuild' for over $400, a replacement of the 3-4 ********* hose and shutoff valve for an additional $460. Total cost over $870. (new toilet and install from ********** would be about $500). To charge $218.37 for "install stainless steel braided supply hose" is simply unreasonable. The cost of the hose is about $10, and takes about 15 minutes to install. Over $200 labor? Just some advice to others using this company, ask for exactly what and WHY they are recommending the solution and ask to see the problems with the current equipment and understand that they may be 'up-selling' you also.Review from David K

I have to complement Mr *********************** I called with a problem. They set up an appointment for the same day. ******* came out and he was a breath of fresh air. Very professional and precise in his inspecting with trouble shooting to what the problem may have been. He even had ***** come out for second set of eyes. They found and corrected the problem and we couldn't be happier. The young lady in the office was on top of all communications and extremely friendly.Review from Dale H

I called mr. rooter plumbing cause i had water backing up into the shower and tub. *********************** was quick to respond and explained everything to me i highly recommend him.
