Dented my door **** and tried to conceal it, and lied about services that was on warrantee no good on the part, I informed them not to touch the car, which was Buick, I was taking it to an A/C repair shop for a great deal cheaper, then suddenly it warrantied, they also fixed the dent after a loud encounter in there office, they tried to tell me the photos they take before going into shop didn't come out. Today one of Findlay salesmen called me about a upcoming event. The problem is after Findlay couldnt fix my suv to my satisfaction I really do not want anything to do with Findlay motors,Chevrolet,or General Motors every again.I have asked other people from Findlay motors to take me off their list to call,and they still do.I feel this is harassment. they did not want to live up their commitment to me when, I owned the suv about my warranty.So I want nothing to do with these companies ever againReview from Tim O

I am a General Motors retiree. 4 years before my retirement I was in charge of training all personnel in service parts operations in the west region. That being said I visited many dealers to make sure our new program was going smoothly. Findlay in ************* is BY FAR has the worst service department Ive ever seen. This is not the first time Ive had issues there but today broke the camels back. Called a week ago to make a service appointment to replace a center support bearing. Get there drop car off at 9am. Get a call at 1pm saying they dont have the part! That part shouldve been ordered week ago and placed in my name. I will never visit this service department again even though I get an employee discount on parts. As Ive stated, Ive been to many dealers in the western USA, it was part of my job. Findlay is horrible, I will advise ******************* to go elsewhere
